This store was a godsend. They did something that I thought was impossible and fixed my grandmother's broken flip phone. It was so cracked that it literally hung on by a thread. They informed me from the start that it might not be possible to fix it, but they would look into methods of repair first to be sure. They did that within a couple of days and kept me informed and updated every step of the way.
A week in we had to order a new phone for parts and they got my approval before continuing or moving forward, which I appreciated.
Due to weather issues though, the repairs couldn't take place until the following week, which was this week as I'm typing this. Today is when I picked up the newly repaired phone and had I not known what happened, I'd never believe this phone was broken. It works and everything that was in the phone is still saved to it, no data loss or anything else.
Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is astounding.
The entire staff are perfect for where they are.
One more detail, I called and visited 7 other shops via the Google searches from 5 stars to 1 star and this is the only one that actually put in time and effort to solve the problem.
That is how you build a reliably excellent reputation and anyone reading this can take my word for it and be glad you brought them your business too.
