Went in to buy a small battery bank and charging cable. Battery bank was the perfect size for what I need it for (which is to keep as an emergency item in my edc bag). Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong charging cable. I went back in, they happily exchanged it for the charging cable I needed. No questions asked. Both associates were very friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely coming back if I'm ever in a pinch. Thanks y'all!

Rude he got made cause I didn’t want to leave my phone unlocked told me to go somewhere else. No problem I will take my money somewhere else. Don’t want my cards or identity messed with!

Defrauded. Bought a phone they convinced me was open to all networks, anywhere. Phone failed to work in Uganda. Obviously, their no refund policy and exchange within seven days is unfavourable for tourists. In short, I was defrauded. Deal with them at your own risk.

SCAM! Bought a phone case it fit in store but when i got home I saw the buttons didn't line up so i cant use my phone with the case on. They only do returns but that was the only size they had and they would not help me. Very rude and only repeated themselves that they would only do a return. No one in the store told me all sales were final.

Extremely poor customer service and extreme return policy and NO REFUND policy. I tried to return an unopened item and he would not accept it. And to top it off, the worker was very rude. I tried to get store credit and he still would not do it. When I made the purchase I was told I had 30 days to return the item.
