I was extremely upset as my phone suddenly green screened and wouldn’t turn back on with nothing backed up… BUT!! These amazing people from this store (who are also super friendly) miraculously brought it back to life Apple said they’ll take a week to even look at the condition so I gave up on them ?Honestly almost cried of happiness? thank you guys so much once again and I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!!!

Very good customer service, technical skills and problem solving attitude. Policy is full refund if they cannot fix your phone which put your mind at ease, then the guy spend a full 30 mins servicing my phone including soldering, replacing parts which they stock, no special order which took weeks at some other Chinese shop. Phone problem persists after first fix, when I return guy pursue by replacing another part (which is supposedly in good condition being newly replaced by another service center in Eastwood but failed to fix it and surrender quickly with only a third of charging fees refund) and this time it is fixed, Go nowhere if you can make your way to the city especially some mainland Chinese shop who are only after your money and not interested in fixing your phone.

Fantastic service. My iPhone SE 2020 front screen was accidentally smashed into several pieces. Unfortunately my touch ID is no longer working from that accident, yet they were fully transparent about this. My brand new screen with no scratches only costed $129, and the repairs were completed promptly on a Saturday night; I am so grateful. Really nice people, and better than expected service. Highly recommended for screen repairs. The best. My phone is working as normal which is fantastic. Thank you ever so much.
