They just reminded me why I stopped doing business with them, I used to buy my parts from them until they started to reject all RMA. So I contacted them to buy some unlocked phones they told me a price via text and agreed to a whole total on 10 phones, once I arrived ( drove around 45 mins from south Arlington) they said I was given the wrong price and 6 of the phones would cost around $65 more per piece that’s $390 more from what we had agreed… and let’s not talk about the front desk lady she had an unwelcoming attitude since I walked in.

Well they were good for a minute. But now they have terrible quality controll on their parts. Their Return of defective parts they will only swap that part. No other credit. If you do end up getting credit with them, it expires within a week. The customer service side, is alrightish but the website chat will never respond and if you call and have a message relayed or question for someone that knows it theybwill never call back. Or reply to emails.

I have been purchasing some parts with CMP, for i-phones and Samsung mostly. First off, i would say the customer service is all right, but the issue I am having is with bad parts, whish is an inconvenience. also if you need to return the parts, you need to pay for the shipping . so already, I am loosing money on repairs and shipping. my experience so far has been: hit or miss.

Captain mobile parts and accessories has good customer service also good quality products everything you need from iPhone to android screens to other small parts and accessories for all devices I do recommend them to everyone and I also deal with them on a weekly basis friendly customer care & shoutout to josie she’s the best salesman they got
