Gave them a phone with a cracked screen and they quoted me $79 to fix it. When returned, they added another $20 saying the home button wasn't functional which it was at the time of drop off.

Phone would barely work after pickup. Would reboot after 20 seconds constantly and the home button wouldn't work. I called to say it wasn't working and he asked me to come back in and he'd fix it and make it right.

Upon arrival he told me "the home buttons on these third party repairs only work like 80% of the time", I asked him why he replace a button that was working fine and he said "well when we take these apart sometimes other things get damaged and this is what you are left with". Now phone will not even turn on.

I explained I had to take the bus in this AZ HEAT. He was understanding at first, but when I tried to explain I'm waiting for train he was very disrespectful. Very poor costumer service

Great service. 3 of the staff members all chimed in over several days and helped me out with all sorts of questions about my new phone.. which they recommended and is also working great weeks later as I write this review and has all the features I was looking for. Fixed the glass on my kids phone within a couple of hours.

Guy's are nice. On the window it says they flash to cricket. Wasted over 1 hour of life with them to be told it works for AT&T not cricket...Not only could they not do what their sign says but the guy locked my phone completely and tried selling me new service after messing up a brand new phone and not saying he ruined it! I gave him a perfect iphone and got back a $200 paper weight!

If they had a zero stars option i would select Zero stars he felt that because he had customers in the store that he didn’t have time to hear about my issue and listen to what i wanted to get fixed no customer service experience at all i was nice enough to call back and give then a second chance i was wrong guy hung up again rushing me off the phone they make fake profiles to give them sales 5 star ratings and reviews as well. He wanted me to waste my time and gas and come to the store not knowing if he could even fix the problem with my phone not professional at all. I give this place zero stars. Learn how to listen learn how to run a business learn how to provide 5 star customer services because your a Zero star on a customer service chart of 0-5 5 being the highest your at a lvl 0 stars of customer service. Completely a waste of time. Bad business.save your time and money absolutely unacceptable.

I brought in my note 5 which had a busted screen, these guys not only had the part in stock, I had called at least six other places with no luck, but they had me up and running on less than two hours. Both the guys that were working today were very helpful, and took care of all five customers, including me in a few minutes

The owner is a very sophisticated engineer and knows his products well. Not only did he help me a great deal, it was a pleasure just talking. Is the place fancy - no. So what - I do not need fancy when the help is very competent. The comments about not listening ring untrue.
