Went in there and told Tyrone what I needed and he did great! For what I needed took about 15 mins but he engaged conversation with me. He has a voice to melt over lol. But no great experience. Thank you.

I got 4 phones on a family plan through progressive leasing. 4 cases were added wo even showing them to me. I was charged $29.99 each for 2 cheap plastic cases and a very feminine case. I was also charged $39.99 for another clear plastic case. I tried to return the cases. But altho I paid almost $500 in cash over the lease approval amount, the they refused to return the cash or to even offer me a store or bill credit. The young man was rude and I wasn't allowed to speak to any manager.

I had had nothing but issues and no help fixing any of them. And I was told I'd get a free year of sam's club membership as advertised in the store. I asked about it before I left the store and was told a email would come instructing me as to how to get the membership. A week later I still have no such email.

This company is dishonest and the store manager lied to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THESE PEOPLE. I am a Google contribute and local guide and this is the first and only seriously negative experience I've had. I tried to work with them but was actually told that if I didn't like it to return the then phones. All or none was their attitude. I'm stuck cause it's a lease n they know that. They are dishonest and rude and should not be in business

IT WAS a total Pain in the behind. Takes an hour to do any thing.The staff tried their best I guess. The phone i wanted had to be ordered not in stock. They had one for show
But not for sale. My So wanted her phone to stop corrupting the photos. After a hour of trying and the employee calling in to No improvement. I have never been back there, and hope i never do. I just try to do every thing cricket on line.

I have been a cricket customer for awhile, and when I went into pay my bill last month the clerk told me if I switched to another plan I would save $3 a month, costing $84. I just went to pay my bill this month and the clerk that was there told me it would be $97.
They need to stop bouncing their clerks from one store to another, and have accountability for missinformation that they give to customers. I had asked directly if it was going to be the same each month and was told that it would be.
We are on a very tight budget and while a few bucks is nothing for some people, I didn't have enough and had to drop the insurance to afford the bill, and it still was a few dollars more than I was planning for, so the gallon of milk I was going to pick up for breakfast for the next two weeks is not going to be purchased.
If we didn't need the phone for work, I wouldn't have even paid it this month, we would have just gone without.

Love being a cricket customer. The Minnesota Ave location had a extremely knowledgeable customer service representative that help me pick out the right for for me and turned out the phone, which I love, ended up being far less expensive and allowed me to pick up some accessories with the difference. I went to another location. They claimed him a a phone guru so if you call and ask for the phone guru I bet not only will they know who you are referring to but that he will set you up and get you exactly what you need surprisingly fast and easy. Cannot beat the price of service and I have never lost reception being out of town. Love being a cricket customer and Minnesota Ave. is the store to go. Just ask for the phone guru.?
