Horrible customer service. They won't answer your questions properly and they are very incompetent. Most of them have trouble comprehending simple questions and the real reason you are calling. Anyway long story short I have the unlimited plan but I noticed that they are reducing the speed severely after 5gigs of data. I called to ask them if they do and never answered it straight. Even T-Mobile, the parent company to Hello Mobile throttles after 50 or 100 GB depending on the plan. It is a shame they just cannot put that on the website or disclose the information to you even when you ask them. The service itself is good, I have no complaints and when the Internet works it is good also.

Autopay doesnt working, customer chat is rude 2/10 times the time i had to chat to them. This breaks it and im going back to a different carrier. No notification that payment is due, auto pay doesnt even work. Signal shuts off and then cancels after 37 days apparently. Now I lost the phone numbers that i had for 15 years. Apparently its been recycle. Dont cheap out on phone service. Would never recommend to anybody.

I wish I could give -1 star. It is cheap in cost also in quality and customer service. I have bought 2 lines and internet does not work. On calling them they say my previous provider which was a prepaid have locked my phone. I have bought both these phones from apple.com and hence I am sure it is not locked. It was working until three days ago and then it stopped working. The customer service is all lost they dont know what they are talking.
I have put my old provider and new provider on a conference call and the old provider says since we are prepaid service we cant block the imei number and the Hello Mobile does not understand it. They are just promoting their new phones and asking me to buy one. Such a cheap gimmick. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY THESE. It looks cheap but you dont know the pain you have to undergo within two months I am porting to a different vendor.

I have purchased unlimited plans for 3 number. Since 2 weeks no internet data in my one number. I tried to call them several times and hold the call for about 3 hours however nobody response my call. Very bad customer service, never answer your call, very poor network coverage. Please DON'T TRUST THEM. Once I will get my pin number, I will trash their sim card and go other service provider.

Guys don't even buy this provider. They charge you send you the sim and it doesn't get activated and if you call them you need to wait few hours on hold and at the end they won't figure out the problem but say there is a problem with your device and the network and keep you out of service for few days and they won't even want to refund you what you paid and ofcourse you don't have the service activated anyway. They don't even deserve a single star i will raise a complain on this company.. they are fraud

Took $185 of my money. Claimed to fix my phone and had to come back 3x and I live an hour away. Then they charged me another 20$ to replace screen that was suppose to be changed in the 1st place. Horrible service. Suite 929 next to Express Multiservicios
