I’m so disappointed. The lady didn’t even check my phone but told me the price and claimed she knew what the problem was. Luckily, I went to another shop at World Square, where they checked my phone first and told me the issue wasn’t with the phone (that what she said)—it was the SIM card, and I needed to buy a new one!!!

I definitely won’t be returning to the this shop again. I’m not sure if she’s the owner or not, but she showed no empathy or willingness to help a customer, and the service was lacking.

They were really friendly, helpful and provided great service. They have fixed my visiting cousin's iPhone, where the charging port needed to be replaced and finished within less than an hour. They have also fixed my phone replacing the LCD and screen finishing in an hour. I will be using them for all phone repairs.

I went into ifix phone repair on 10/07/24 as I had a cracked screen that needed to be repaired. I went there as I felt that they had good reviews, and it was appealing that they were open until late. This is a mistake I will not make again. When I went in the only issue, I was having with my phone was that it had a cracked screen. After waiting over an hour and a half for them to repair my screen I received my phone back repaired... So I thought. Within half an hour of leaving the store and had gotten on the train, I noticed that the keyboard was now not working the way that it should be as certain letters I was no longer able to type, my phone was overheating for no reason and on top of that every 5-10 minutes my phone was restarting for no reason. After my phone turning off and on 6 times within the span of 30 minutes, I called the business to let them know of this issue. I spoke to the owner who was the one that “repaired” the screen and he was very defensive despite me calling from a state of concern and not anger. He immediately took absolutely zero accountability but said I can come back and get a refund and he will put my cracked screen back on. I was not going to take a refund for my cracked screen to be put back on as I would still have these issues that I didn’t have prior to them doing this service. I also live over 50 minutes away from the place and only went to them as I work in the city. I was not able to go back that night as by that time I was already home. I did however return the following day after I finished work for him to look at the phone. After him taking my phone behind the counter, attaching it to a computer playing around and doing some things for about 40 minutes, he and the lady that works at the counter openly admitted to me that they had removed a chip that should not have been removed from the phone. They told me that they had fixed the issue and replaced the chip. Before I even left the shop, the same issue was occurring again, the issue was not fixed. They then said that they needed to keep my phone over night to establish and fix the issue they caused. From what I could see, it seems as though these people do not know what they are doing at all. I immediately requested for a refund as by this point, I was extremely frustrated not only by the fact that they had damaged a good and working phone, that I know that I may have to either buy a new phone or fork out so much more to fix this issue but also by the way I was treated by both the owner and the lady at the counter. They were extremely rude, they admitted that they did the wrong thing then didn’t want to take accountability then when I requested for a refund because I was frustrated the lady was laughing at me like I was a joke. In the end, I had reminded them about how consumer law works with fair trading for them to process a refund for me. If anyone is thinking of going here for any kind of repair, I can assure it is absolutely not worth your time or money.
