Before I start, I’m gonna point out that the customer service was great, I enjoyed interacting with the people working there. They were kind, helpful and good fun to chat to. Unfortunately the actual product and service they provide along with it was not.

BUT….I’m so disappointed my phone is ruined. I got my screen repaired (it had not suffered a lot of damage at all, I just hated the look of it) the touch sensitivity does not work in the top left corner and the sensitivity is so poor that sometimes I have to tap the keyboard 5+ times to get anything. I paid $250 for a screen that doesn’t work!

If you’re offering a poor quality screen you shouldn’t charge an arm and a leg for it. For the frustration and lack of functionality it causes I could have gone to Apple and paid an extra $50 for a perfectly good working screen. I went back and the lady I saw was hard to understand, I told her to fix it and left it with her for a few hours. Got it back and there were no improvements whatsoever. How can I get some kind of compensation back for this joke of a screen replacement.

I had a water damaged phone and not many places were able to fix it for me however ovimobile fixed it for me also i wanted to add the customer service was great and at such an affordable price. Extremely Happy and satisfied with the outcome.

Tried contacting the business via message, email and instagram. No response. iPhone 11 screen replaced April 29th, screen has become non responsive to touch, phone is completely useless without another screen replacement. I have tried to contact business (over a month of trying) so they can fix this or pay for it to be done elsewhere no response. Do not get your phone screen replaced here if you have any issues you will not get a response.

I had my iPhone 8 screen replaced there today and I had such a pleasant experience!
Pricing was very affordable compared to other places iv been to. It was very professional and phone was done within half an hour 😀
