Got my phone fixed a month ago and the screen is not working again I’m assuming that they didn’t attached the screen correctly to the base since I have to press it hard against the base to get it to work, I asked for them to fixed it since they didn’t fixed it correctly the first time, the lady asked for a receipt to get the warranty I told her that they never provided it, she stated that they let me know about the warranty at the time of the service but they never did. When I told her about the bad reviews on google with the same issue she offered to take a look, after checking with her coworker she stated that the problem wasn’t the screen that it was the software… I told her that it wasn’t the software and then she said that she would change the screen for an extra fee, I left the store and went across the street to another phone repair shop where they assured me that the problem was the screen and not the software. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE they just want to take your money.

I went for a screen fix and simple 80 dollars but the screen popped open like a door when I pressed my screen to much basically looking like a half open door and has A fresh screen with a Bad LED now from trying to place it back down this type of work with the cost being as is. Can't be ignored by the way this is SAME DAY.

First of all, this place doesn’t even deserve a star. I went there to fix my macbook which i damaged by spilling coffee. The young lady in the front told me that other places charges $25 for diagnosis except them, so diagnosis is free.
I left my macbook with them for a day because the tenchnician needed more time to work on my laptop. When i went to get my computer they told me i have to change my motherboard and i will loose all my data. I didn’t want to change motherboard because i needed the data.
Later they asked me i have to pay $25 for diagnosis which in the begining they told me it’s free. Not a big deal and i paid them.

Why i am mad at this place is i went to apple store for help and they told me that they have never seen a macbook with so many screws missing and the logic board was damaged because some amatuer tried to fix it.

I will reccommend everybody not to fix their computers or phones here. I even told them not to loose any screws before i left. I am very dissapointed at this place. Unprofessional people and technician has no knowledge on what they are doing.

Do not go to this place if you plan to buy a new or used phone, you are just going to throw your money in the trash, I bought my phone at the store that is in the junction stop but bring the address of this place, be careful if you go there, the times I went to complain they always had people complaining about a cell phone that they sold them, And as they put the address of this place I leave my review here attached, the photo of the receipt, I bought a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G phone well they sell them like that, but in reality they are Sansung Galaxy A14 LTE, they do not work with the cricket network, I had previously bought an IPHONE 8+ and I returned them because I had no signal in Brooklyn, you can believe an iPhone!! But I got scammed again, be careful as they have more identical phones for sale and they will only be Cheated
