Well I dont know why this shop has so many bad reviews but today they helped me very well. They took an already existing sim of mines, made an esim, and allowed me to have line and internet after my return flight, when my main line with another operator didnt work. All this without making me spend one kr other than what I was already spending.

Går ind i 3 butik med et abbonement jeg er glad for - manden muhammed i butikken bilder mig ind at jeg kan spare 100 kr om måneden ved at skifte til erhverv uden noget ændrer sig - kun fordele - hvorefter jeg er fanget i 2 år i et meget dyrere abbonement med alt for lidt data - ved klagesag er de selv dommere - lavere kan man ikke synke som organisation

I bought a phone and a case at their store in the city centre of Copenhagen, and after only a few days of using it, the color changed completely, it looks as if it was extremely old and dirty, it broke in one of the corners, and also the material started coming off.

I asked them in the store to get it changed and they told me to contact customer service since they couldn't help me.
Customer service via email told me they can't do anything and they can't just send me a new case without charge, which is obviously ridiculous because I don't want to pay again for a product that clearly has a problem and I have already paid for.

Terrible mistreatment to non-Dane new costumers.
We wanted to buy new phones (paying upfront) and the guy in the shop asked us to bring the last 3 payslips and the anual tax return. They said this was a regular procedure for "people from EU and non-Dane" that had never been customers before.
The day after we went to another shop from the same chain and had a great experience. They cleared with the specific department that we were able to become new customers on the spot. The worker there also said that this paperwork was only required if you wanted to pay the phone with monthly fees and not upfront.

Avoid at all costs. I signed up for the best plan with international included, yet despite this, they have tried to charge me exorbitant rates when I was out of the country. This is on top of the service not working.

Jeg har haft min mobil til reparation og fået en defekt telefon tilbage. Lånetelefonen var også defekt. Reparationstiden var 3 uger begge gange. Betjeningen i butikken for reklamation er langsom. Kan kun anbefale ikke at købe forsikring hos 3!!
