Best customer service I've ever received. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommended to all people I encounter.

I was very happy with the service I received. Unfortunately I had to return to the store several times for many different issues. Mainly because I couldn't receive calls or text messages. I was told that an unlocked phone would work on any service provider, that was not true. About 3 months into having the phone that I purchased from here, it stopped charging. I tried to go back to the store to find that they are no longer there. If it seems to good to be true, it must be. You get what you pay for. Life Lesson learned. Buyer beware, I guess!

I came here looking for a affordable phone after losing my expensive sprint contract phone... the gentleman at the counter set me up with a good quality Samsung S4 for an unbelievable bargain... he offered to help me set it up with sprint since I was without a phone, and I had to leave before we could get it set up due to time. He was very nice and willing to do what was necessary to get me set up with a phone. He made me feel not just like a potential customer, but I actually felt like this person CARED about my experience and phone situation. Five stars is not enough to give this company, well worth the drive from Portland.

I came in looking for an affordable replacement phone, the one I chose needed to be unlocked. They gave me deal on phone I was interested in and kept me laughing as I waited for my choice to be unlocked! The guys are very friendly and helpful. The shop's a great community asset!

Stopped by here on my way home from work yesterday because I needed a temp phone to tide me over until my iPhone X arrives. Was thoroughly unimpressed. The young man working seemed like someone more in line with who you'd find behind the counter at a pot store. He seemed really unsure of a lot of things I asked about, like what was in stock, and the prices on each phone. I may have actually bought one, but he changed the price to a higher price on me mid conversation. The selection on display was also very lacking. The store itself seemed kind of run down, and not welcoming. Not saying my experience should be taken to heart, as it's MY experience. You may find and feel differently. I won't be returning, though. I went to a competitor who was the polar opposite of this place, and walked out with a new phone.

Great service, great price and fantastic options. Since I first visited this store about a year ago, there is no where else I even consider going for any tech needs. Need a new phone? Need your phone fixed or unlocked? They got you and at THE best prices around. Fair, honest and good business.

Today I went to Phone Xchange and I got a great deal. I got an iPhone 5s from them for $140 dollars... if that isn't a great deal then I don't know what is. They were very friendly and helpful. They even gave a deal of $30 dollars for a screen protector AND a new phone case. I'm very thankful for these guys as my previous phone was terribly cracked and glitching. I highly recomend these guys for when your in a pinch. Thanks!!

Wow.... not a good experience here. Better off on CL. Bought a phone for what I thought was a decent deal. Found out why the dude let it go cheaper, the Sim wasn't in the phone and it was locked by Samsung. Only the previous owner could unlock it (most likely stolen). Went back in and only could get store credit so I picked up a different one but the guy gouged me on price and refused to come down. Now that phone has a bad battery and I am right back where I started minus $170. Plus gas for two trips out to Gresham.

Also While I was there for the third time some dude freaked out and broke the owners lap top. From what I could gather he was mad because he got screwed by this place. Karma I guess.
If they were respectable I would have got my money back at least but with their in store credit policy I cant see how they are still in business.

Riley helped us exchange out a phone with a broken screen. He was very knowledgable and honest about what would work best for us.
