Venden lineas moviles bien cosotosas las cuales el cliente no puede usar, se pide devolucion del dinero y no lo hacen. No recomiendo este lugar. Tampoco la empresa ya que la cobertura móvil es deficiente.

Just had the best AT&T experience of my life at this store. Came in dejected after a long wait at the Apple Store and Jordy turned our night around and helped us out and got our account straightened out!!! Thank you Jordy!

I never leave reviews, but hard not to when you receive the worst customer service of your life. Store was closed for 30+ minutes at 2:30pm (no lunch break sign or anything), and when I finally received “help” I was told they were incapable of canceling an order that hadn’t yet shipped (despite my having the documentation and info they had requested). Not even a halfhearted apology, just rudeness and them being unwilling to try and resolve the situation.

I had a very pleasant experience at the AT&T store located at 2066 Broadway NYC .
The representatives were all helpful and I was addressed as soon as I entered the store. The representative Hector worked with me and he was very hospitable and it made my visit worthwhile. I am looking forward to being a long time customer. The service was outstanding and in no time Hector had my phone number ported over to AT&T. Thanks to all the representatives notably Hector.

Fraud I went to this store to address a problem with my phone. While I was there they told me I was due for an upgrade which I declined at the time. 2 days later an unauthorized upgrade was made to one of the lines on my account. I reported it as soon as I recieved an email about the new phone purchase. I have been back and forth with AT&T for weeks as they shipped the phone anyway to an address in the bronx( I live in Manhattan). Do not go to this store. AT&T has a big problem here they need to address. I wish I had seen the other reviews before going here.
