Well amazing service. I had already got quote for $159 to repair my "frozen phone" so thought get second quote . It turned out my phone could be unfrozen very simply and they showed me how to do it should happen again. AND all for no cost. That's honesty not often seen Thank you Softouch Phones

My SIM tray was stuck and I was unable to open it to replace my SIM card. I tried 2 other phone repair stores but they couldn't fix it. Then at softouch it was fixed in 5 minutes for FREE!
