Don't fall for it, you will regret it big times, they are dishonest, rude and a professional scam artist.

So I booked online for my Surface Pro 4 for a battery replacement on their website.

They broke my screen in the process, instead of replacing the screen at their cost like anyone with accountability would, they want me to pay for a screen replacement on top.

When I said they are responsible since they broke it, the guy said I "accused" him of damaging my laptop and refused to service my laptop altogether, he won't give my laptop back unless I pay a $60 service fee.

I had to call the police at the end, and they also called the police while I was on the phone with them and he accused me of trespassing, absolutely disgusting and shocking service.

Still $500 out of pocket from both battery and screen replacement.

Stay safe and take note of this scam alert, hopefully some authority will shut down this scheme at some point.

Edit 1: After posting this review, the owner of the business is threatening to sue me for telling the truth, shameful.

Edit 2: The other store iCanFixIt who fixed the mess you created has confirmed your poor service and skill caused damage to my device, you won the case purely on technicality and the difficult burden of proof in a civil case, not because you are not at fault. It appears you threaten everyone who gives you a poor review.

I brought my Predator Helios 300 to the shop because it wouldn’t start up, and they fixed it quickly. I got my laptop back the same day, and it’s been running perfectly since. Great service. I’m very happy with the experience!

I used the services of this group today, and they were truly excellent. My mobile phone was badly broken, and everywhere I went, they quoted me around $850. But this group only charged me $108, and my phone was repaired like new. Additionally, Mr. Mohsen, who assisted us, was very polite, professional, and completed my work very quickly. I fully endorse this group in every way and would like to thank them here for their excellent, professional, and prompt service. Not only did this guy replace my screen with a cheap after market version and charge me full price (which was clear from the low pixel resolution and incorrect display width), but he refused to replace it within the warranty period after I showed him the dis functional interactions that had been worsening over several months. Claiming a 1cm scratch on the screen voided the warranty. I had recordings of the screen interaction issues dating several months back and had explained that I was unable to bring the phone in at the time due to being overseas. He will do whatever it takes to scam you and is well practiced at it (he was in heated conversations with other customers both times I visited the shop!) You're better taking your business elsewhere. Bad vibes all around.

Bad customer service. They fixed a small issue 2 weeks ago for a very high price (200$), pretty easy to fix but if you don’t have the tools to do it yourself you rely on this kind of businesses. They didn’t fix it properly cause the laptop had the same problem again 2 weeks later. I went to ask for the 6 months warranty and they claim for the ticket. When I told them I had lost it, they offer another solution but they didn’t stick to it, knowing the timing couldn’t be worse since I was leaving the country the next day. Even though the store was empty and I had the evidences which proves it was the same issue, they made up some excuse about the data protection policy (when he knew i was the same customer) to avoid fulfil the warranty.

So they basically abused on the price of a small repair, and they couldn’t live up to the expectations of a decent customers service. Not cool Mohswn.

Took my Iphone 12plus and 7plus to have batteries changed. Turnaround time 1 hr was good and got it done. They did not return my old batteries. Tested the new batteries over 2 days and found that they did not hold for a day unlike my original batteries. Cheap but better to pay more at Iphone for the originals. Don't risk it!!!!

I paid $550 to get my laptop fixed and it's still broken. An absolute scam. After telling him what is wrong with it and the problems that still arises, he tells me I need to re download the software... FOR A BATTERY RELATED ISSUE. He absolutely gaslit me and lied to me face. He has absolutely no idea what he's doing. Take your money elsewhere. The worst experience I've ever had.
