Sold me a phone cover that wasn't fitting properly to my phone. Refused to return the money. Only offered another cover that wasn't like the one I returned. In the shop they have a sign from the ACCC advising that they will refund if the product isn't working.

$300を無駄にした！修理で持ち込むなら他の店にしてください。貴方のお金を無駄にする事になります。$300で画面の割れを修理して翌日雨で濡れただけでまた壊れました。勿論防水仕様のスマートフォンです。明らかに修理が不完全だったのに彼等は非を認めず返金も拒否し、直したいならまた金を払えと言いました。$600も払ったら今の機種より新しい物を買えてしまうので馬鹿馬鹿しくて再修理はしませんでした。結局新モデルに買い替えたので$300は完全に無駄になりました。絶対おすすめしません。

I bought a protector for the screen of the Samsung S22 Ultra and for the rear camera. Both lasted 4 days and completely fell off. I feel cheated, because they charged me 93 aud for it. My mistake was buying "cheap".

What a horrible experience. From being told that head office is not contactable through phone and told that the staff can’t call them - which is false, to being hung up on by head office not wishing to accept my claim. An absolute disgrace of a business to deal with and cheap, faulty products being sold to customers for a price.

Awful communication and service.

I dropped off my device for repair over two months ago, and paid a deposit that I was informed would either go towards a new screen or battery if that was the issue.

I was never updated, and when I continued to call the store to seek an update, I was repeatedly hung up on. I was directed to email head office with the series of events so they could investigate, however I never got a reply.

The device was given back to me, it was not repaired, and the screen significantly damaged since initial drop off. I was then refused a refund of my deposit.

There is no customer system, everything is written down in loose pieces of paper and communication between staff is non existent.

Really disappointing, please avoid this store.

Horrible service and experience, avoid if possible. Refused to process a refund, even after they installed two separate screen protectors, both had a visible bubble appear underneath the protector within 2 mins of me leaving the store. Sam seemed like a somewhat reasonable individual , but a dishonest business person. I have no bad feelings for the people that work there. But believe that as a business they do not care about their customers or if they are providing a fair price for their service and products.
