I recently sold my iPhone 13 to Mobile Monster as I had recently upgraded my phone.
The service I received was professional, quick and easy! The representative Edson, was helpful and very polite. And most of all my phone was bought for the best price! I was offered the highest price compared to all the other mobile shops-substantially higher! I literally couldn’t believe it after looking around for days. And to top it off I received the funds within 2 hours-straight into my bank account!

So if you’re looking to get rid of your phone, or do a trade in or buy a phone, LOOK NO FURTHER! This place will beat them all.

If anyone wants a safe place to sell
Your mobile phone, then this is the place. Customer support is fantastic and they even price match and beat their competition trade in price. The only let down is getting your phone checked out and getting paid. I dropped off the phone on Wednesday, got approved on Sunday and got paid Thursday.. It took 8 days, if your not in a hurry then go for it

The process of dropping off my phone was so easy!! I submitted the online order, dropped it off the same day and they even offered to test the phone to process the payment the same day. Compared to most other places I was looking at to trade in, Mobile Monster had the highest value!! Great customer service and super easy I would highly recommend over any other company 🙂

Amazing Service - Super Fast and Convenient!

To be honest, I was initially a bit skeptical about Mobile Monster, particularly since I had to send my phone from NSW. However, they stayed true to their word. They beat the quote I had by $30, covered the express shipping, and paid me in full.

Overall, I had a great experience working with them and look forward to doing so again in the future. While it would be more convenient if they were easier to reach by phone, their email response time is excellent. It’s a legitimate business, and I highly recommend them.
