Purchased an exterior combination front door and storm door. First order arrived damaged, not Mobile Home Parts Depot's fault, shipping carrier damaged the door. Contacted Steve and he took care of it immediately. Replacement order arrived safely and will purchase from Mobile Home Depot in the future. AAA+++++++

Purchased a replacement vinyl window and it arrived damaged. The damage clearly occurred because the window was either shipped with the lower sash unlocked or it became unlocked while in transit. This allowed the window to slam open breaking out the lower rail of the bottom sash. The window was actually open as shown in images when unboxed. When contacting MHPD regarding this they immediately starting deflecting all responsibility (without even viewing images) and did so in a highly reactive and unprofessional way. They appeared to have no interest in resolving the problem nor retaining a customer.

Awful customer service. Told me 7 to 10 days delivery it's been 3 weeks I called to find out where it was the salesman was an rude. Talked over me the whole time then threatened to return my money when they said the order was already on the truck. 2nd time I spoke to the same rep he was rude the first time too... awful company I will never order from them again.

Steve was great! I highly recommend this company for all your mobile home needs. I think they may get confused with other mobile home parts stores and that's a real shame. This place should be on the top of the list ! ! They had all the stuff we needed and even helped us with suggestions of things I hadn't thought of originally.
Everything was managed professionally with over-the-top service! Since we are on a time crunch , Steve actually came in on Saturday and packed our stuff so it could go out at the beginning of the week 🙂
I can't even believe that Steve would ever be rude. He was very helpful and personable.
I read the shipping/ delivery instructions carefully and feel confident that if there is a problem I'll be able to call him and get help.
Thanks Steve! Really, I would give you more stars if they were available :-)❣

Buyer beware. I had missing pieces from my pallet shipment. Owner refused to provide missing parts since I signed for "a pallet". Shameful. This speaks to how they do business. Good luck if have any shipping issues.

After receiving the door I ordered and opened up the crate it came in that was not damaged, I noticed that the door had 2 dents or creases on both sides of the window. I called the store and spoke with I guess the owner and he rudely stopped me from explaining what was wrong with the door and said that he does not ship damaged product. He said it was the delivery companies fault. But he was sure glad to take my money and wash his hands of any damage to product as soon as he ships it. I will not recommend this place to anyone and several people have asked about the door what company I got it from and why they chose not to replace. I guess 100 percent customer satisfaction is just their gimmick.

I haven't even gotten my skirting yet and I can already tell you how dissapointed I am. Now that I finally found their actual business on google I can right a solid review. I was wondering why I couldn't find them, as I was using their website name, Skirting Depot. Buyer beware! First off they are using an additional name to hide all these reviews. If I would have seen these first I certainly would have thought twice! Partially my fault for not doing good enough research though. The prices are good but the employees are plain RUDE. I called the local NC number as I am in TN and spoke to this guy before I even made a purchase. He was super rude and belittled me but I thought maybe he was just having a bad day so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I was concerned because all they want is an average of the height of your home and as I was asking him questions regarding this he gave me so much attitude and basically told me how dare I question his method. I ended up paying extra to bump it up to a greater height because my measurements were on the cusp and other companies have you submit so many more numbers. And honestly, I just didn't trust this guy. Okay, so great, I order it and today I get a call from the delivery company that they can't deliver it to my home because the roads don't look fit. Well, that's not true, they could, because my home was delivered, fencing materials were delivered, and semis drive up and down our roads at least once a week. I can understand the map shows small country roads but from experience I am telling you, they could. And I paid $107 to have a residential delivery and for an unloading fee. Both of which I am not going to get. I am going to have to take my HORSE trailer to some meeting place that they can access and load it up with my skirting, then drive it to my home, and unload it myself. So I call this guy in NC back and I'm just trying to figure out what's up and what he's going to do about it. Well, hes not. He isn't going to help me one bit. He gets sassy with me and threatens me on the phone. He tells me it was on the website so I should know... Well, there aren't any disclaimers on the page or before you make a purchase so unless you're looking for it you won't even find these details. I really wish I knew what I paid $107 for. Plus the additional $600 on materials. I am a firm believer in the customer is always right (even when they aren't) and always treat my customers in this manner. So when he started raising his voice to me, talking over me, and speaking to me in a vicious manner I got very upset. He then had the audacity to tell me that when shipping to TN he looses $45 like there was something I could about it. I told him that was his problem and does not excuse me paying for something I am not getting or his behavior. I suppose I shouldn't have expected much more from such a cheap company. I did also call the delivery company back and let them know how I was being treated. Since they are hired by this company I have now become their customer too and they certainly noted how I was being treated and apologized on his behalf. When it comes tomorrow I sure hope it is nice after all this trouble. If you want to be treated with respect don't deal with them. I should have just paid a few hundred more for better service and an actually delivery from my local company. Learn from my mistakes y'all...
