They scammed me and my cousins, my cousins are 8 -10 years old. They were really sad and crying. The cashier scammed all of us with a straight face. Then when we went to return them, they pointed at a sign that said “ no cash returns”. But we purchased with card. Then she made a fake statement home call and said that her manager said no card returns. The Sonny angels are plastic, scratched, and cheaply painted. This is so sad that they would scam children. Very disappointed.

I’ve gotten my screen replaced here many times. I’m a very clumsy person so I break my screen often. The prices here are more than reasonable for a screen repair and the phone accessories are always super cute.

I was helped by the young Korean American woman with fluent English. She’s super helpful and nice. She always speaks well and has quick, efficient service. When I visit the store, I feel like I’m seeing a family friend.

Auntie is the one that fixes screens and she’s also been nice to me, but I know her words can sound blunt if you’re not used to talking to people with English as their second language.

The only downsides to this place are that some of the phone chains break quickly. I had one break before I even got home. I only live 5 minutes away. Haha. I still bought it again because it was cute. The dangling phone charms are a lot more sturdy. Phone cases last long and I love the Sanrio designs.

SCAMMING!!! do not come here, they are selling FAKE sonny angels. and making them expensive too! cant even return them. I've already contacted the source directly about this, so hopefully theyre looking into it already.

FAKE sonny angels. I spent so much money maybe over $30 per hipper. The paint was cheap, the angel was dirty, ANDD there were dents. They didn’t even let me return it. TERRIBLE QUALITY! Do not buy from here.

Mobile Land is the best store to get your phone accessories! The service is amazing, you can try out cases and accessories before you purchase and they have a large selection. Definitely recommend!
