Really sound American dude helped me in store today. I needed a new sim card for my ageing smartphone and he helped me quickly and professionally. If all humans were like this dude the world would be a utopia.

The young Gentleman that served was very polite and most helpful. He explained all the questions we asked him about and anything that he could not sort he said that he would phone us as we had to go and discuss matters with another shop.He was true to his word in everything he said he would do.excellent young man .

Staff here will soon be replaced with AI and it can’t come quick enough. Clearly these people have peaked in life and can’t be bothered to help customers… unless you want to spend money that is. Check out the o2 reviews on trip advisor before you enter into a deal.

My wife has had a pretty poor experience in the shop today. Messed around with appointments. Advised by staff different information. Either can or can't transfer data from damaged phone to new phone. Still don't know.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Louise who served me and my boyfriend yesterday when we got our contract for our IPad 12.9. She was absolutely lovely. Very helpful kind and showed a genuine interest in us and what we were looking for.
She tried to get us the best deal she could.

Louise is very customer focused and her customer care is excellent.

I don’t know if O2 do an employee rewards scheme or something similar if they do Louise is definitely deserving of one.

I've been to this store a few times now and the customer service from the employees has always been fantastic. This was especially so during my latest visit, when I had been experiencing a tricky problem with my phone and was lucky enough to be served by Louise. This lovely lady was exceptionally friendly, cheerful and amazingly helpful. She was determined to get to the bottom of the frustrating network problem that I'd been experiencing and did not falter until she had it solved. A big thank you Louise for your kindness, smiles and exceptional customer service!
