Max is the man!!! Sprint had me paying $300 a month. He unlocked my phone and put it on simple mobile and I have unlimited talk text and web for $50 a month. He did everything for me in under an hour. This is definitely who ill be doing business with going forward. Best cell phone store in Raleigh and most knowledgeable.

Max was amazing. He has the nicest personality I have come in contact with in retail in a long time. He quoted me over the phone to unlock my phone $50 cheaper than the other places I called before I came. He was fast and had me up and running in less than an hour. I would recommend Xpress Wireless and definitely recommend you ask for Max. Super smart and fast!

Man these guys are AMAZING!!! I took my iPhone to two other locations that repair and none of them could get my phone fixed. I brought my iPhone here and their manager Max fixed my phone in like 30 mins and it was working. He told me the reason why was that some people use cheaper parts and that he used an OEM iPhone screen. Anyway these guys are amazing! Good customer service and they hooked me up with s case too. I will make sure I go back and see them anytime I need anything.

Max was friendly and quickly unlocked my iPhone XR from sprint so I could use it. He explained everything to me and also helped me get my service switched over with a better plan. Xperia’s Wireless was the only company in town that I called that said they could unlock my iPhone XR the same day without any issues. I REALLY loved the fact that they do mobile service and came to my job! I had been wanting to get it done but couldn’t ever get around to it because everyone is open when I’m at work! Try their Mobile Unlocking Service! They won’t let you down.

Man these people are here life savers. I lost my boost phone. I came here and they financed me a iPhone 7+ with boost mobile and I only put down $125 and took the phone home the same day. Max helped me move over all of my contacts and pictures to my new phone. These people have the best customer service and are very fast. I have to give max props. He can multitask like no other and get stuff done fast. I appreciate you guys for helping me out and will make sure I tell everyone I can.

I like that they do appointments and come to you. They came to my house and fixed my screen and battery then unlocked and activated my phone. The tech was very friendly and fast. They wore masks and gloves and were professional. I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a mobile repair service.

Avoid this place. Xpress Wireless is in Violation of Progressive leasing's policy of a standard first payment of $54.67. Xpress Wireless charged me their "standard 15% down payment" which according to progressive leasing is in violation of their policy. So I gave Xpress Wireless $91. Canceled my lease agreement with progressive since the phone I ordered was taking over two weeks to get here. Progressive told me they would refund the amount of $54.67 that they received. So that means Xpress Wireless took $36.33 from me and took that money for themselves. Have my banks investigation team working on getting my money back since I did pay with a debit card and have the transaction as proof as well as progressives investigation team looking into them since they are in violation of progressives policy. So all in all. Do not go here. They will take your money because they are scum. Also the manager "Max" or whoever it is, is too afraid to face me obviously since he hasn't been in there for the past two weeks. Max get ready to get served with papers soon my friend. If I don't get my money you will regret it. End of story.

Max was so nice!!!! I came in and he activated my phone after att had cut me off for charging me too much. He was very fast and got me working in under 30 mins. If you’re looking for great customer service and fast service I would recommend you come to this store.
