Amazing service! 10 out of 10. I came in because I had some missing screws on my laptop, the gentleman behind the desk helped me find the screws and even put them in for me! Can’t recommend this place enough! If you need anything with your computers or electronic needs, definitely check out the store!

This stores literally has almost everything that you need to set up your desk and electronics. You can find all sorts of computer parts, electronics, and other accessories here. I am thinking about shopping and buying products here rather than having to go to Best Buy many times. It's much convenient to go here since it's closer to my home and am not really a big fan of taking the highway to get what I want. This is like Amazon except that it's in store.

I also heard that they offer services to repair products like your PC, laptop, and gaming consoles. You can also have them create custom PCs for you if you don't create PCs or just don't have time to do it. They also create keyboards too!

Again, I will look around and see if I want anything there the next time I come by here.

Dear Central Computers Team,

I previously shared some feedback, but after further reflection, I wanted to be more specific about my experience. Please find the attached screenshot showing a significant price difference for the same product—Corsair Dominator Titanium RGB DDR5 memory—compared to multiple online retailers as of September 27, 2024.

While I am a strong supporter of local businesses, I find the $50 price difference challenging to justify. I reached out to your store and was informed that the reason for this is that the memory sticks were purchased at a higher cost price. However, as we all know, electronics prices tend to drop over time, and it doesn’t seem reasonable to expect customers to pay above the current market rates for a product.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to clear out stock before prices drop further, allowing you to compete more effectively? I genuinely want to see local businesses like yours thrive, and I’d much rather give you my business than order from large online platforms like Newegg or Amazon. However, it becomes difficult to justify doing so when such a significant price gap exists.

I believe implementing proactive price matching would be beneficial. Not only would it help keep customers loyal to local stores, but it would also encourage more people like me to make the conscious choice to support businesses like yours, without having to pay a premium unnecessarily.

Thank you for considering my feedback. I look forward to seeing how you can make adjustments that benefit both your store and your customers.

Before purchasing electronics here, I recommend checking prices online at retailers like Newegg or Amazon. Many components are priced significantly above market rates. While they competitively price popular items like SSDs, products such as RAM and CPUs are considerably more expensive—sometimes by $50 or more. It’s puzzling that they prefer to keep older stock at outdated prices and won’t match current sale prices. I wish they would adjust their pricing so we could support a local business, but it’s hard to justify paying extra when better deals are available elsewhere.

To the management: it’s time to address these substantial price differences and recognize that consumers have choices. Browsing in-store for items like phone covers, cables, and other parts is enjoyable—the best part, really—but the premium prices are discouraging. To remain competitive, you must align with the market; operating in isolation isn’t sustainable.

Great shop to get your PC parts. I stopped by on Black Friday, got everything I needed. Garret helped me pick parts for my upgrade, he was very helpful and gave some nice insights on parts.
