Jodi is always helpful and informative. I trust her advice and have often been helped over the years.
But I am updating my review from 5 stars to 1. Jodi isn't there and 2 men are working there. My contractor said he would not go pick up supplies there again. One window was on back order.
I waited 6 weeks with no window because I trusted these people.
The man working there was rude,hostile and every week for 6 weeks told me the window was on back order. To check each Tuesday. After 7 weeks he asked me not to call again that they never ordered the windows. And to go somewhere else he did not want to be bothered. I was shocked and hung up. He called me back and said not to ever call or come in there again. .I found many mobile home suppliers on line and one about 30 miles. They all had the window in stock.
I found many places that you can order on line and even Lowe's. My advice don't even go to this place.

I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. I have ordered a shower pan and walls for 3 weeks. I was not really upset the items still were not delivered; I am upset on how I was spoken to. I inquired on the timeline and I was told, “mam you are the most annoying customer I have ever had.” I told the guy I would like my deposit returned and he informed me that he needed my card. I told him I paid cash. He got angry and told me to F)&&! Off”....I am beyond upset with the customer service and how I was spoken to☹️ Statesboro Mobile Home Supply Store was worth the drive. Please do NOT give this place your business!!!!!!!!

Rudest and nasty customer service. They don't even want your business. I wouldn't even give 1 star, but I had to click on it so that I can say, Do NOT. STAY AWAY! I need a ramp, I am disabled and on a very tight budget. The person did not even offer to help me find a way to get a ramp. This might be discrimination. I will check on that immediately. And was so rude, he laughed and then hung up on me. Shameful.

Bought a new door here and the woman who we talked with was very helpful. We are new to trailer renovations, but she led us through the store and made sure we picked up everything we would need to get our door set up. Would definitely recommend
