What a terrible, terrible experience! After the screen cracked on my iPhone 5s, I decided to let Cellutions repair my phone. They told me it would be "good as new" when I picked it up. What I didn't realize was that this would be a severe headache spanning over a weeks time. Upon bringing it home, I noticed several things. First, there were several orange spots on the screen, a missing pixel, and the vibrator had stopped working. After calling them again, they asked me to bring it back, which I appreciated. The next day, I took it back, waited an hour, then picked it back up. That evening, I noticed that the spots were still there, just less in number. The vibrator still didn't work, and this time, a screw was loose on the bottom of the phone. Finally, very frustrated, I called them to let them know I expected much, much more. "We were good enough to look at your phone a second time, even though we found nothing wrong with it. The vibrator has nothing to do with the screen, and may have gone out when you dropped it." This was the poor rhetoric I received on the phone, complete with a serious attitude. My goodness! Never have I experienced such terrible, inexcusable, and simply terrible customer support! I demanded that they look it over a third time, as I was clearly an upset customer. They had me return on Monday when their head technician was there. Finally, the lead technician was able to resolve the matter, minus the vibrator. After letting him know it was still not working, he checked the notes on the order. The vibrator wasn't even listed in the notes! No one bothered to write it down, when I CLEARLY told them about it several times. The phone is now as close to satisfactory as I care to bother with. I can only see one blue spot, barely visible, and the vibrator is working again. Nobody bothered to tighten the final bolt which allows it to work when the phone was reassembled. At this point, I'm fine with that. The last thing I want to do is deal with such an unprofessional and rude group of people, who in my opinion, should NOT be in business! They will never again have my business, and if you want to save yourself from a sever and unnecessary headache, do not offer them your business either.

I've taken all my phones and tablets here to have screen protectors and cases installed. Had a screen replaced on one of my tablets too. Great service.
