Sold us a phone that seemed to work right, after taking it home the speaker would not work properly while on a call, called and brought it back in within the 72 hour warranty and they said the phone had water damage. Did not want to repair it or refund the money.

This is a shady place I bought a 800.00 Note 10+ and the salesman said it had a one year warranty with Samsung,and a 3 day return policy from them.
Well long story short didnt even charge it 2 times and the screen went blank but still responsive so I took it back within the 3 days and was told I have to take it to Twister Wireless and have their tech look at it and they said it had physical damage on the LCD and that it wasn't under warranty , so knowing the truth of the matter which is that their reputation is
shady!
I called Samsung and the warranty expired last November of 2020,but they would warranty it out so went back to get a copy of the receipt that was legible and the clerk wouldn't even let me in saying that he was told not too by their mother store (Twister Wireless) goes to show who's in the right so be aware that their tech isnt savvy !
I took it to another shop and had them put on a new screen and the problem wasn't the screen the tech at Twister Wireless ruined it by bending the pin on the mother board when inspecting the phone problem so heads up that this is a bad business to associate with !

Very nice and extremely helpful cashier counter person. However they were extremely overpriced from online one phone was $70 over the online price for a refurbished phone. I think I would wait and it will make my order online.

Anna was awesome. She was very helpful. I intended to only get a case for my phone but she talked me into getting a screen protector as well. She even put it on. All for only $10. Thank you.
