One star because I can’t give zero. Went in to drop off an Evri parcel, and wow, the customer service was out of this world... The guy at the till looked like I just ruined his day by, you know, being a customer. Barely grunted at me, acted like scanning my parcel was some monumental task and couldn’t have been more uninterested if he tried. Acted like I was disturbing his precious time, and was so rude it actually matched the other reviews I’ve seen. Not sure if they’re training staff in customer repellent, but mission accomplished. Avoid unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience. I’ve seen friendlier service from vending machines.

Do NOT get your parcels delivered here. They are just thrown in a pile at random and then YOU are expected to find it. When I eventually asked for help cause there was a point I couldn't reach, the man at the counter was super annoyed.

Also, they didn't check my ID, so I could have literally picked up anyone's parcel.

This evening I went to print a very important document from Lyca mobile Shop, near Shudehill Bus Station on Hannover Street and I asked the shop keeper how much it is to print a page he looked at his friend and laughed and said £1.50 per page, I was so shocked. Beside that you act as a distributor for other couriers, what picture have left in me about the business you do? I felt this man does not know how much damage he is causing Lyca mobile business and other businesses. The owner of the shop should be aware that you receive customers of different capacity and influence in the society.
