I recently visited Viet Mobile, and I'm thoroughly impressed with my experience. This place is a gem for anyone in the market for a new phone or mobile accessories.

Brought my laptop in for one hinge repair. When I went to pick it up, he picked it up off of the actual floor where it was lying on its side and open along with other laptops.
Was heartbroken to see that the careless storage of my laptop caused major damage to the screen which owner didn't seem to notice or be bothered by. Nonetheless, he replaced the screen he broke.

When I went to pick it up, it turned out he repaired the hinge and screen but with glue for some reason which I was very worried about but I just finally wanted my laptop. Took nearly a month to get my laptop back, between the two repairs it took about a month till it broke again, and I rarely open and close it. It stays open on my desk most days, don't even flip it back for its tablet functionality.
I've also had problems with the screen since day 1 of the repair, it detects touch randomly, making it unusable unless I restart it, I'm not sure why this happens, maybe a poor installation or faulty replacement screen.
The screen repair also wasn't put on clean, it was popping off at the corners and frame was popping out in random spots on the laptop. I also noticed scratches on the outside of the laptop that weren't there before but that much I can shrug off but the repairs were crude and ineffective, I feel like it's falling apart and I've barely had it 2 years and it's an expensive laptop.

I also felt like the owner didn't tell me anything about the repairs, no reciept, no documentation of what he did to my laptop. I had to ask if he used glue because it was dropped randomly on other parts of the laptop, to which he reluctantly only said yes. Maybe the glue is standard for this repair who knows , at least explain the repairs.

This laptop was my baby, I took very good care of it, old screen didn't even so much as have a single scratch on it. And the next place I take it to get repaired will probably have to figure out how to work around the glue this shop used .

I'm only posting this review because every time I look at it I am saddened for trusting it to this shop. I am out of work and studying for a career in IT so hopefully, you can understand what my laptop means to me.

Very disappointed in my experience, will not be coming back

My iphone 11 had received salt water damage after a trip to the Caribbean. The screen was completely dead and the phone wouldn’t turn on or charge.

I was unable to get my phone repaired until 4 days after when I returned home to Houston. I was honestly skeptical that it could be repaired and was already mentally preparing myself to buy a new phone. After calling around to multiple different phone repair shops I landed on Viet mobile as they offered the best price! I’m so glad I went with them as Trung (John) was very straight forward and friendly. My phone was repaired perfectly and quickly (within the hour). I highly recommend this location if you are in need of any tech repairs!
