The people there are super friendly. The info regarding my insurance on my phone lines was incorrect. I eventually got it straightened out with the phone number they gave me but it seemed like a long arduous process. I can't wait until the Verizon store in Harrison reopens!

70 year old woman screwed by Verizon. Got new phone. Left store Evan said was all still downloading. Lost all memos ,contacts, files. Some photos rescued with Google photos. This was all my medical information. Has been a horrible 2 days. Traded in old phone so only reply from Verizon technician was Sorry.

This is not your typical cell phone store.
They don't sell phones, take payments, or upgrade you to a new phone. They fix cell phone. I was in there to have a new plastic face plate installed. They did a great job and the prices are reasonable.

I am almost 70 years old and I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I went in there to purchase a new phone and neither the man or the woman would help me pick out a phone. The rudeness and disrespect caused me to walk out that door and go and buy a phone elsewhere, I will never be back
