Disgusting company.

Ordered an item for home delivery, then was charged 2x after confirming the order for 2x £20 insurance packages that we didnt want.

Called 3 numbers including the store and was told we cant cancel or refund insurance.
Leaving me £40 out of pocket.

Will be refusing the item when it arrives, shady dealing company with ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
It's not the issue of the money it's the issue of lack of support. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human being and if you do, you're sent around in circles with the automated computer system!

Also, the item we ordered didn't even turn up when expected.

I went to bye an palm sander and when I went to use it and there was no back on it so I went back to the shop and they said there is nothing we can do

Having phone yesterday about an item exchange i was met today by Jack whom i spoke to. Have to report that i was dealt with in a very professional way. Jack was polite and very knowlegable. Cant praise him enough for his customer service, well done.

I was left crying after visiting Bishop Auckland store today. I needed to return a set of draws that would not close properly the manager RYAN refused to accept there was anything wrong with them despite him trying himself to close them and having to try 3 times before they closed. He said I had to dismantle them and I said I couldn’t manage that could he help me he said no so I tried embarrassingly infront of everyone and couldn’t manage so in the end I had to leave the draws and leave the store crying as I asked for help and was refused

Rude staff. We were handed our product which was faulty and asked if they could exchange for be snapped at my the ginger girl (with the terrible fake tanned hands) behind the counter saying NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.whilst I thought it was rude her colleague was also having an argument with an OAP customer.
I would happily accept that there are no refunds if there were some manners thrown my way. These guys need a lesson in customer service.

Today at the Bishop Auckland branch of Argos I went to collect my item which I ordered on line. When I went to retrieve my E Mail I couldn’t find it. The young boy at the counter talked me through how I could retrieve my order. Even though there was a queue he was very patient and would like to say he is a credit to your team.

Order turned up with an item missing phoned up and told it was on its way ,turned up following day in a plastic bag with sainsburys written allover it 100 xmas baubles box most of baubles loose because hadn't been handled well resulting in plastic box trashed luckily baubles not broken but suffice to say not happy ,staff on phone very helpful all to do with delivery side .
