Went to collect game for daughter who had paid with her Argos card, took all FT numbers and her passport (and a picture of the card front and back)as that’s what the email said to do if you don’t have the Argos card. Was given the first FT order no problem, then couldn’t collect the second part of the same order because I didn’t have the card. Was told it was for my protection and they needed to inspect the card for evidence of tampering , I have literally done this with loads of orders never an issue and why I normally love Argos. But apparently even though they seemed to suspect I was some sort fraudster they allowed me to cancel my daughter’s order with out asking any questions. Can I literally just cancel any order I want ? I think a couple of members of your team need to resit their GDPR training. Has now cost me more money to cancel and re order the items.

Do not order a large appliance and try and pick it up after 5pm. Absoulute jobs worth of a women would not take it to my car or let me borrow the trolley for me to transport it to my car. But was quite willing for me to drag it through Sainsbury’s.

Ready to pick up no problem
Attitude of woman on the counter shockingly bad wouldn’t read the pick up number off my phone (as I forgot my glasses) just kept repeating FT number as I showed her my phone !!
What a miserable jobs worth .lot more training needed for customer service

Went in to buy a television, was expecting to pay around £200, Gary pointed us in the right direction and we ended up paying around £150 and left with a better TV than we thought, thanks to Gary 👍🏻

Terrible customer service, 2 occasions tried to return an electrical item (Amazon Kindle & Apple Headphones) in the original packaging within 30 days and they said they could not resell it? Despite head office online chat saying we could return them to a store. I will never purchase an electrical item from Argos again.

I had a problem with a purchase I made but had lost the receipt. I was helped by the duty manager Dionne. She was very helpful and sorted out my issues. She obtained a direct replacement and phoned me when it arrived. She was very professional at all times. Thank you.
