Hours need to be updated here. Stored actually closes at 7pm not 6pm (at least on Sat).
Love the convenience of having them so close. And the selection of items is actually better than I had anticipated. Only really had 1 negative experience, but it wasn’t with Corey, he’s great. Really glad they are here.

How come Ace Hardware hardly hires minorities , every store I've ever went to especially Humble they have no minorities working in them it's just weird. Nobody spoke Spanish in the stores had to go to Walmart

Went by here today looking for a couple of specialty gas fittings for my Reddy propane heater. Two associates, Hunter and Derek, both went above and beyond helping me find the "pieces to the puzzle" for the plumbing I was putting together. Home Depot and Lowe's in Woodlands literally did not have half the brass plumbing fittings that they do here. I've been to both past couple of days looking for what I needed. Ace Hardware, couple miles down the street from my home, had what I was looking for that the big box stores didn't. That's what's so nice about smaller retailers like this they go above and beyond to make you feel like you're a person and not just a number like the other big places. They even partner with children's miracle Network hospital selling world's finest chocolates as a fundraiser. I never see that anywhere in a store. A+, THANKS.

I had an pleasent experience at Ace especially with services provided by Corey. His customer service was top-notch and he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Highly recommend!
