Bought an Oppo A17 brand new,for $250 .After 37days,it started a sporadic fault,of the caller being unable to hear me,and when it did this,if i called someone,same thing,they couldn't hear me!! THEIR policy,is it must be within 30 DAYS to get a replacement/refund!! Australian CONSUMER LAW,states,"if a MAJOR FAULT occurs,the buyer is entitled to a REFUND OR REPLACEMENT,buyers choice!! I repeatedly reminded a representative from allphones online,about this law,which he broke by telling me to go through manufacturer warranty to get repaired,which i reluctantly was FORCED toq do. As EXPECTED,they couldnt find the SPORADIC FAULT,and returned the phone,which,after oppo played with it,was worse then ever.i AGAIN reached out to allphones,and was told to send it back to oppo AGAIN!! (FYI I am disabled pensioner,whose only contact with outside world in emergency,is THE PHONE)I told allphones this also,to no avail. If you buy a phone of this retailer,pray it doesnt get a fault AFTER 30DAYS, because you WILL,be directed to manufacturer,even if its only FIVE WEEKS OLD!!! I Personally wouldnt buy two cans with a piece of string off this mob again. This is all FACTUAL ,and can be PROVEN WITH SCREENSHOTS of email correspondence!!!
