I had an excellent shopping experience at the store, which features a sleek and modern layout that made browsing really enjoyable. The staff were approachable and highly knowledgeable, providing personalized assistance whether I was purchasing a new device or seeking advice on product features. Their commitment to customer service made me feel well-informed and supported throughout my visit. I also appreciated the hands-on product displays, allowing me to try out the latest Apple devices before making a purchase, which really enhanced the overall experience. Even though the store was occasionally busy, the staff managed the flow smoothly, ensuring my shopping trip was positive and seamless.

Just back from placing an order for an iMac. Holly talked me through the options available, helped me choose the best model for my needs and assisted me in placing the order. When I lamented the lack of an Apple logo on my new purchase Holly gave me some Apple stickers! Great customer service.

I visited the Braehead store on Saturday 14th of December looking to purchase something for a Xmas gift. Unfortunately I needed up leaving the store empty handed due to the service I received from a girl named Brooke (I asked for her name). I was disappointed as I have been in many times before and the staff have been great at showing me the different options etc. but she made me feel like I was a burden and anything I asked was replied to with a short one worded answer. I understand it is a busy time of year but it should be expected.

Found staff here unhelpful, unfriendly and grumpy, made mistakes and ultimately what should have been a quick one hour repair ended up requiring two trips and over five hours of my time. Another time I walked out to buy a MacBook elsewhere because the staff at this store were so unhelpful. Sorry, you really need to train your staff better and improve your customer service. Recommend other Apple stores.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service experience I had with Apple. I’ve always trusted their products, but when I encountered an issue recently, I expected their renowned support team to solve it—unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

I contacted Apple support about a specific problem I was having with my device, but after multiple interactions, they couldn’t provide a fix. Each time I spoke with a representative, I was either given vague answers or directed to solutions that didn’t work. They ran me through the usual troubleshooting steps over and over, but none of them addressed the underlying issue. It felt like they were just trying to check boxes, rather than truly diagnosing and solving the problem.

To make matters worse, I was even referred to an Apple Store where I was told they could help me in person. After waiting for an appointment and spending even more time explaining the issue, the store staff was just as unhelpful. They didn't offer any new insights or fixes, just more of the same suggestions I had already tried at home.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability. Every time I contacted Apple, I had to start from scratch and explain my situation again, as if they weren’t taking notes on my case. For a company that prides itself on innovation and customer service, this experience has been a major letdown.

I expected better from a brand like Apple, but sadly, their inability to fix my issue or provide meaningful support has really shaken my confidence in them. After this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering my loyalty to their products and services.

Craig and Cara are absolutely fabulous. Had a real big problem that was due to the phone company I’m with and thought I lost everything on my phone but they had my back. They were incredible emotional support as I was really stressed and solved the problem. Such lovely people, wish them the best!

I had an appointment at the Genius Bar due to an issue with my IPhone 15 charging. Even though the wait was a while a really sweet worker approached us and asked if we have been seen yet. The worker (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name) was really quick at checking the problem for me and got it fixed almost immediately after taking my phone into the back! My experience was great mainly due to his positive attitude and humour ☺️
