I’d tried to install the new IOS 18.3.1 but my iPhone froze and kept going into recovery mode. Called the number for the Apple Meadowhall store and scheduled an appointment for in the evening. Attended, Apple staff tried to restore phone but it kept failing. They ran diagnostics which said the phone needed to be repaired. Instead of sending the phone away for repairs, it took place in store. I was told to come back within an hour and a half. Came back at time specified, phone fixed and working properly. Excellent service.

My wife and I went into the Sky store in Meadowhall and were given excellent customer care and advice by Stewart.
We are existing customers of Sky but he patiently went through all the recent changes without any pressure of selling us anything. We’d definitely recommend going into this store if you want to be able to get old fashioned excellent customer care and service.

I’m usually a fan of Apple, but my experience today at this store was incredibly frustrating.

I went in to buy a phone charger, and the first staff member I spoke to, Jane, told me there was a 45-minute wait for assistance. However, the second staff member, a man, told me I could head to the charger area where there should be someone available to help with checkout.

When I got to the charger area, there was no one to help, so I spoke to a technical service staff nearby, who then directed me to the fourth staff. This staff member went to Jane, and when I approached, she pointed at me and said, “I’ve told HER there’s a 45-minute wait.”

This entire experience was not only confusing but also rude and unprofessional. Jane’s response was dismissive and totally unnecessary, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. I feel that this level of service is completely unacceptable, and I think Jane could really benefit from some customer service training to improve her professionalism and overall attitude towards customers.

Thankfully, the store manager finally stepped in to assist me, with discount given towards the charger. However, the whole experience left a lot to be desired. I hope management addresses these issues so that future customers don’t face the same confusion and rude treatment.

Spoke with Brad today and he is really friendly and knowledgeable on several products we spoke to him about. He gave us lots of advice and helpful tips. Brad is a real credit to you.

Adam, the guy who is in charge of service, suggested by the security officer, such a wonderful and humble person. Patiently listened to the problem that I am facing with new iPhone and rectified in such a short span of time. As an android user am struggling with some settings in iPhone. Great Job man

Went for a New Battery on iPhone 12. Hardly a customer in Store. Had to leave for minimum 4 hours and so I left. They were not bothered. I can go to aftermarket shop and get it done in 20 minutes. POOR POOR POOR and the training and service is such that it ‘Our way or the Highway’. It does not have to be like that.
