Wow. What a wonderful group of staff. Today Nick and store manager Ruth, went above and beyond to ensure an iwatch cellular I had purchased for my daughter (who has a learning disability) was functioning correctly. Fault lay with the network provider (Vodafone). Not only did Nick and Ruth identify this, but they found a solution and Ruth stayed after her finishing time to ensure it was all functioning before I left the Trafford Centre. Can't thank you both enough and Erin is delighted she now has a watch she can ring and message people from.

I went to the apple store on Boxing day to purchase an iphone 16 pro for my birthday, I met Jen and Ade , they were positive , talented and really helpful. I do appreciate and extremely recommend.

Brought my mum in to have her phones battery replaced this evening, she is travelling to Pakistan in 2 days time so I pleaded with the lady at the appointments but she wouldn’t give us an appointment at all pulling up all different kind of this blah blah! Been an Apple customer for as long as they’ve been in the phone market but today has put me off completely! Firstly, staff with no compassion shouldn’t be facing customers and secondly, doesn’t matter how busy you think you are, there’s always spaces available as I know for a fact! Poor poor and an extra poor! Would give a 0 star but it didn’t allow me to

Shop was busy but the staff helpful. My only issue was the length of time to purchase 2 watches & a phone. Now edited to say that they allowed me to spend £800 on a watch that doesn’t work with tattoos.

Needed a repair on phone I’ve had a while. Was a bit apprehensive about using Apple as it would be ££££. But pre-booked appointment, got there and dealt with immediately at door in a very busy shop. Then seen at back and booked in. 5 minutes later seen , and sorted out issue immediately with no charge. Really good customer service.
