Excellent customer service, English speaking staff and internet works really well. On the rare occasion that there is an issue they are always easy and quick to contact either by phone, WhatsApp or their local office. Very satisfied so far.

This is not the normal Spanish 'faceless company' !!! They have three shops with English/Spanish speaking staff, they have a CEO that is not hiding who responds to any communication by return and whats more they do actually do what is advertised. I had a self inflicted problem early days for not paying attention but I can honestly say "they do actually do what's written on the tin'

We had Wifi, TV and new SIMS. Very quick and professional service from start to finish. Miguel, the installation engineer, did a super neat installation of the cables inside, far neater than the other two providers we had previously. Thanks Miguel, you are a perfectionist!

Professional team growing a professional company. Now you can live in a remote area and have city broadband or better. We moved to Axarfusion from another company due to service problems. Axarfusion have been excellent from the start. Got us up and running with broadband Internet and a full UK TV package really quickly. My video meetings into the UK have all run smoothly. Only an occasional minor problem with my TV channels and all have been responded to incredibly quickly. When I had recent issues out of hours (one during siesta and the other on a Sunday) that I therefore reported by email expecting it to be picked up on their next working day, within minutes they had replied and rapidly sorted everything out. Cannot compliment Axarfusion enough.

I cannot rate Axarfusion highly enough. We have only been with them a short while. Messages are responded to promptly by a person ringing you back and talking through any issues. Manuel installed our equipment yesterday and was very helpful. After he had gone we had a small issue and I messaged out of hours and an engineer rang me back straight away and resolved it. Suzi in the office is brilliant always on hand to help and checking that everything is ok. Nothing is too much trouble and I feel Suzi goes the extra mile or kilometre to help 5 out of 5.
