Brian and Zahid went above and beyond to meet our small business needs from supplying the primary equipment (great quality/brand new!) to tracking down the accessories from various sources to accommodate our stringent time line. Allowed us to test the equipment prior to purchase. Extremely underrated business. Would give 8 stars if we could.

Terrible experience, and I had ordered from Walmart. I needed a laptop for school, mine broke- so this was important to me. The package was apparently delivered to the wrong house. I was so stressed out! I had tests that week and needed it! I was promised a replacement, then told they were out of stock! I am glad to have taken a look at this online review! This is painful, because now I do not have a computer and wasted my time finding another computer through another vendor, during November. BECAUSE of their lack of deliverables, I am suffering their consequences. FEDEX as well is too stupid to distinguish between a name that is not American English, the address and whoever may have stolen my laptop from the delivery, I pray that they will get there Karma ten thousand fold!
I am out of a laptop and time!

I was really afraid of seeing all these low ratings at first, but I gave it a try because all their product costs are budget-friendly and I couldn’t find these kinds of deals anywhere. I gave it a try, and it was really worth it. I bought a Samsung monitor, which is in perfect condition, and got it at the lowest price. I am happy with my decision. Thank You! Aztekcomputers.

Dishonest and thieves, by loptop they put notice to start cheaping in 1 week then they deleted my order without notice, so I rush to my bank I'm calling to dispute transaction

With all the reviews I was nervous about ordering but gave them a chance. Aside from not providing a tracking # which I eventually got from calling in, the ordered item was shipped and received in a timely manner. Item is new and about half the cost elsewhere so overall positive experience and would buy from again.

Ordered a game through them on the Sears website, and instead was mailed an ethernet cable, and called three times to get this corrected. Finally, I get a manager on the phone, and he’s beginning to give me yet another excuse, so I tell him I’m sick of stories and will dispute the charge on my credit card.

I eventually tell them to just order one on Amazon, and I’ll leave them alone. At the end of the day I called to get tracking as they told me to. I instead got lectured for calling three times that day over a fifty dollar order, when they have customers that give them more money, and get accused of being impatient.

Once I finally got what I paid for, they send me a shipping label to get their Ethernet cable back, and call me twice while it’s in transit to ask if I sent it.

Bought an AMP from them, received it - never opened it - needed to return it. I returned following instructions (UPS ground, Insured). Communication was good via email until this company received the product. Once the received the product they issued only a partial refund ($410 purchase price, fund of only $333). They will not return phone calls or emails to explain why I was only give a partial refund. I followed all their instructions and sent them back an unopened product. Not at anytime did they ever mention a "restocking fee" so I don't know why this has happened, as I said they refuse communication now. By returning this product I am out $119 dollars. I would have just kept the product if they would have disclosed this to me. I was ripped off.
