The workers here were great. I had a last minute phone malfunction about an hour before their shop closed for the day. They had flagship parts and got it done right before they had to close. They were amazing!

This place is great! Absolutely destroyed my iPhone’s screen last night. I dropped my phone off in the AM and had it like new by the afternoon. The staff were extremely kind and courteous. Sebastian was really good at explaining what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

This place is amazing. They fixed my phone screen in 45 minutes, gave me a discount because it was my birthday, and even had a song playing with my name in it. It Felt so good in there that I asked if they had any job openings and I’m fully employed in a career I mostly love and don’t particularly like light bulbs or batteries. Although they did have pretty kick ass night lights in there. Did I mention how nice they were? So so nice. I will only buy my light bulbs here from now on and I don’t even live in Ashburn.

Fantastic people. Very professional, quick, good work and reasonable cost.
Got my iPhone battery replaced in under an hour, and on the way out one of the gentlemen thought to check my charging port and--indeed--found it gummed up. Cleaned it at no expense. Highly recommend this place!!

I had a Galaxy S7 battery replaced here. The service was very professional and the price was reasonable. In the few days since I've had the new battery, I've noticed a dramatic increase in the average useful life. My battery went from 3/4 of a day to more than a full day on a single charge. It's saved me from having to get a new phone for at least another year or two.

The only knock on the shop was that they didn't verify the battery was in stock before confirming my initial appointment. It meant that I had to come back another day.

Made an appointment for 11am on a Sunday and got there early. The technician was great but already backed up and told me it was going to be 45 minutes to a hour. Wasn't ready anytime close to that but fortunately there was a place serving breakfast and football so all worked out well but if it wasn't a Sunday it would have been an issue. Phone works great after screen repair!

I had an apple phone repaired as the screen was smashed, the start button needed repositioning, and the battery was 5 years old. I did this for my wife’s phone and she it very pleased. It was done quickly as I made an appointment on line, saving 10$ by doing so.
