I had black wireless for two years, at first under their $15 a month plan that included 1GB of 5G and 128 kbs after (which switched $20).

Good things
1. Customer service wait time was pretty low.
2. Offered a refund when phone plan didn't work at first.

Bad things
1. Auto recharge never worked and I tried for several months, only to find my plan not renew at end of month. This led to a LOT of issues for me and is why I eventually cancelled my plan along with...
2. The 5G data didn't really work? Regardless of my data usage my internet either didn't work at all OR was slow. On occasion I had ok speed 1-2% of the time, but not particularly at beginning of month when I'd have the 5G. Overall very confused.
3. Sometimes, they don't tell you your plan is ending if you had a special deal, something in their system doesn't register the special deal, so you find your plan ending randomly without warning.
4. My plan didn't work at first due to a "bug" in their system. At first they actually told me to deactivate my plan and offered a refund because my phone wouldn't work with their plan (Google Pixel 3), which I should've said yes to lol but in the end they realized it was a bug and I got it working after a few hours with customer service.

Overall don't know why I stayed this long. I recommend never using this service unless they've somehow fixed all the problems above.

Wish there was lesser than one star. They sold 6 month unlimited plan in t mobile network and after a few weeks they informed that they are suspending the plan. I did not even receive my full refunds. These people are a bunch of cheats with terrible customer care.

Terrible phone service. I opted for the 6 month plan. Firstly, they would only give 28 days of service and reset the plan every 28th day.
Secondly, they would deactivate my service after every month.
In simpler words, even though my balance dates were reset, I was unable to receive/make calls, texts and access the internet.
I had to request customer support to activate my service after carrying around this cellphone with no service activated for a few days.
Very dissatisfied with Black wireless' service.
Kind suggestion: For a cheaper service, I would highly recommend jolt mobile, lycamobile etc. PS: I am not associated with any of these companies in any way.

Stay Away from Black Wireless. I just paid for my plan and can't even use my phone to call out or text. They are ripped offs. Had to give one star to be able to post a review but not even worth a one star.

STAY AWAY. Shady advertising tactics. I paid for 50gb/mo for 6 months on t-mobile. i was told they changed their offerings and after 3 weeks trying to activate the card and my options were 5gb/mo for 6mo on AT&T or a refund. My refund is being processed hopefully.

Trust me, stay away from this company. They don't honor what they promised. When we ask them they will ask to refer their Terms and conditions. Please don't fall for their attractive offers, they will cancel within a week or two.

Stay away from the company. I went through $60 in a couple of days with no explanation as to how. When I contacted them the customer service person advised that I need a court subpoena to get a statement of my account!! ?
