I am a member of Geek technical support. My husband‘s phone no longer charged And he could not turn it on. I had an appointment with Ocala Geek squad. I sat down for my appointment they told me I had to bring a new to them so I went to their phone section and bought a phone brought it to them for my appointment and they said they can’t do anything because it wasn’t activated. When I bought the phone, they put the Sim card in and they said Geek squad would be better off setting it all up. Then I went back to my appointment and was told they can’t do it. I would have to make an appointment for one hour to get all of this done again I’m with Consumer cellular so I brought the phone to them because they have a new office next to Barnes & Noble in the Heathbrook area. They actually plugged it in and they got a low battery but they were able to set everything up transfer over everything and get it up and running for me without telling me they can’t do it. They said they would try and hopefully it works. Geek squad didn’t say they would try. They just said they can’t do it. I’ve had consumer cellular service for several years and they’ve never disappointed. You can get unlimited talk text data for two people with taxes and everything included around $65. They told me I wasn’t using all of my data. I was using a very small portion so we reduced my plan and now I will be paying Approximately $45 Bottom line a month for two people. I highly recommend this service. We’ve never been disappointed. We’ve never really had a problem connecting with cellular And the people are fantastic They don’t say they can’t do it. They say they’ll try and they did it for me. I’m glad I didn’t have to set an appointment with the Geek squad again and possibly ending up disappointed.

Denzel, Scott and Noe are nothing short of amazing! They helped me replace my phone and were so patient with the transfer of data, etc. I love having consumer cellular so this is a win-win. Plus they made me laugh:)
