You cannot log into the account in the evening to see your bill. Very poor customer service. They can never answer my questions and are difficult to get ahold of.

I had a very positive experience setting up my two phone lines. I spoke to Montique in the Arizona office. He was knowledgeable, passionate, and talked to me like a person (he was present and not masking as a sales rep). He was the most emotionally intelligent call center representatives I have spoken too. I worked in HR / Recruiting Management for 19 years, I would have been thrilled to have recruited someone of this caliber. He represented Consumer Cellular in the best possible way.

I used Verizon for over 10 years and I never left a conversation feeling so positive as I did with speaking to Montique. I didn't feel like a number, dollar sign, but felt like a human being at the end of the call. He understood genuinely building trust and win-win situations.

His calls should be used as an example of what a great call sounds and feels like. Feel free to pull my call and use it as an example when training new representatives. He deserves a raise and a running high five from leadership. I even felt compelled to make a TikTok and share my great experience with my social community. I bet you'll have two or three new customers this next week from that TikTok.

I had many terrible experiences with this company. My service has always been terrible, and when I call to complain, they try to tell me it's my fault.
I've had to call them roughly once a month to have them reset my cellular network because the network goes down.

One of their customer service reps once tried to tell me that the trouble I was experiencing was because I didn't have a genuine Consumer Cellular phone, which made me laugh out loud because their own ads say to bring your phone with you from another carrier.

For the last two months they have been accusing me of using an outrageous amount of data, like 40GB in nine days. I've never used that much data in a month in my life.
The last straw was this morning when I discovered that they'd cut off my WIFI hotspot just when I was trying to do my first drone photo/video shoot for money. I told this to the customer service rep and he told me he couldn't reset my account so that I can use the WIFI hotspot. Literally my first paid gig and Consumer Cellular has to pull this right in front of my client, I"M DONE!

You mess with my money, and we're done!

I think I should have believed the reviews so if you are reading this and want to apply for a job, everything these people are saying is true. I’m going to leave another review later on, but I want to collect my thoughts. This is just to confirm what everyone else is saying to any new readers.
If you need a job and are really desperate give it a try, but I’m sure you can find something else with better pay.

Great hands on training, first week they're talking about how to use the system, where you can find information you need to take care of the customer. How to add Debit card, orden Phone ,look at Bill, add a line etc..2nd week is hands on training you take calls and get couched on your calls what areas you need help what you did good etc. Best training!

This company is the biggest joke and definitely mistreated me on way too many occasions, if this company were to go out of business, it wouldn't be missed because it is that low of a place and so are most of the people that supervise,run, and work for this company who has allowed a lot of foul play happen with their employees and have fired people they have instigated to be sick and get sicker and have even passed away. This company will meet the match they have put on the innocent. The customer service is HORRIBLE, and better off being with Verizon, don't waste your time.
