He ido a comprar una cafetera, nos dijeron que la tarjeta había sido rechazada. Pero el pago se hizo efectivo a los dos días. Y ahora no quieren devolver el dinero. Cuidado con esta tienda

Washing machine delivered with rusty and mouldy drum. Customer service was awful they offered 10% off if I keep it.
Now I have to wait a week with a mouldy appliance sitting in my hall for them to collect.
They don't deserve 1 star!!

The staff at the Inverness store are great and very helpful, all through the 21 years using this store. A pity the on-line repair centre aren't the same. They are unhelpful, unprofessional and uncaring. This goes for the several people I have recently spoken with over the last few days. The calls go through to India and South Africa even Sheffield , where the communication service is not very good due to the extent of some of their English speaking. Some of these call centre staff have been very rude when explaining what you are actually reporting. I was told that my washing machine was going to be fixed the following week on a Tuesday, so arranged someone to be there all day as I had to go to the Vets. The engineer didn't turn up and used a false excuse as I was told and had booked it in for the next week ,. This was not what I would have expected from an engineer working for Curry's, especially this store. This is totally not acceptable when I have additional laundry due to a sick son, I had explained this to several of the call centre staff. At the beginning of reporting my repair, I was told by this person that the engineer had to come out from Glasgow as there wasn't one in Inverness. Of course I didn't believe him , so I drove into Inverness to this Curry's store and went straight to the repair counter. They then took my booking details for the engineer, what do you know, they have one in Inverness just as I thought . Another lie regarding getting this repaired. They were very apologetic with me and tried to get this repair done earlier. I got an email the next day and said they still wasn't coming out until Monday, but at least it would be done am. Doesn't help me with all the sheets and towels piling up especially from a son I have who is ill.

Found the staff to be incredibly unhelpful and a bit clueless. I went in to return a phone i got from mobiles.co.uk which is owned by currys. I had to wait at the returns desk for 15 mins while 1 person in front was taking AGES and no other staff came while the queue grew. Eventually i get to the desk and he didn't know anything about the mobiles.co.uk returns process and made me go to a different desk. The guys i went to speak to gave me blank looks but one of them eventually took the phone off me. I made sure to get a receipt because the whole thing sounded like they had no idea what they were doing. I asked if I could look at some other phones and they just said "yeah" and didn't offer any help so i just walked out. The Phones just have adverts on them and you can't really try them. Their Social Media team is great but their in store training doesn't live up to the hype!

Shopping for new hover and toaster today. Popped in to Inverness store, waited for 10mins for someone to come over to ask us if we needed help ( which never happened) 4 members of staff to busy gossiping and I even went up to them, still nothing. We walked out. We will never go there again, rude staff

Bought a nintendo switch bundle that I was told had the Sports bundle game already installed inside machine. Unable to find game on machine so went back to the store where they said it wasn't installed and are now unable to order the sports game for me. Did not offer me any other game as an alternative so basically I have paid for an incomplete item!!.

Excellent staff. I was helped by a young guy called Cameron, who was very friendly and very efficient. Explained everything clearly, completed the purchase promptly and helped me out to the car with what I'd bought.

Terrible service visited store today to purchase new iPad & coffee machine looked at 3 different iPads from £800-1300 but no stock ,5 different coffee machines from £309-to over £500 but again no stock ,asked to speak to manager to find out when stock due ,what a waste of time he had no clue !! Desperately needs customer training
Tv advert says come to store to see,feel ,touch ,take home ?How can you if they don’t have any stock of 8 different items & unhelpful staff.avoid this company and buy online at least they have stock and customer service
