Loved this store until the manager promised me she'd switch my vortex over to the Blue G64 when they got more in. I went down there the next week and of course her word waa not honored AND I was going to be charged $10 for the upgraded replacement. Not only did i not get the phone I was promised, but my rewards have all been used up even though i have not personally used them myself. I believe she may have used my credits for other people possibly? She also got unprofessional with me when it came time to close down her store because i asked her to print off my account history....which, i did not get. She was very rude and can't keep her word to us customers. She wears a badge with some random name on it so that "when people call in to complain about her business, they call and give customer service and the higher ups the wrong name. But I know exactly who she is and she needs to be demoted or have her ability to create schedules taken from her for not giving other workers the opportunity to work and make commission themselves because she also told every one in the store off Admiral and Sheridan that's what she does.

Took my phone in to resolve issue of texts reading “message not delivered”, but sometimes they would go thru and if the recipient replied, their text would b placed above mine! Clerk at Easy said she reset phone to fix it. I left and found the phone is still doing the same thing. I have been to Easy 4 times now waiting in line for at least an hour. Then I get endless texts requesting me to bring it in yet again. Frustration is putting it mildly.

It seemed all staff members were untrained properly. The first guy that was helping me just disappear & nobody knew where he was at. After approx 30 min a lady came to me & told me she found my phone & would take care of finishing activating my phone.

NOBODY EVER DISCUSSED THE SERICE COVERAGE AREA. WHEN I GET HOME I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNAL AT ALL. I HAVE TO DRIVE ALMOST 15 MILES TO GET ANY SIGNAL.. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

I've been with Easy Wireless over a year now... closer to 2 years... and by far a young lady named Anita has been the calmest, patient, showing each person the exact same courtesy...I was blown away at how informative she was to boot.

Every company should have, and invest, in an employee such as Anita!!

They were training 5 girls only one knew how to take care of customers but yet had to answer all the questions. The manager said for them to only ask her but she stayed in the back. I was getting a replacement phone because mine broke. After 2+ hours nothing was transferred over I can receive calls ans texts but that is it. Very frustrating situation. Props to the lady that did try for an hour
