I do not advise you to deal with this particular branch, as all of its employees deal with customers in a racist manner. You can see that they are a gang, not employees. Because of its proximity to me, I sometimes have to go to them, but they do not serve customers and make them wait for hours, while in other branches the problem is solved in minutes and their service is wonderful.

My daughter purchased a new phone recently in Clydebank after her phone was stolen.As soon as we entered the EE premises, the young lady Drew came over immediately and could not have been more attentive and professional. She is without doubt a credit to EE. My family and I will surely return there when we require new phones. Great service!

Wish I could say anything about the service, but I can’t… it wasn’t even open… still not even open 1 hour later… a woman had an appointment at 9 but the shop doesn’t open to at least 11 (it’s still not even open after).

Excellent service today from Cheryl. Went in to upgrade my phone and my husband's, sorted us out and also sorted renewal for BT landline. Very friendly, helpful and professional

Staff are great. I'll always stick with EE since they have helped me in the past through a tricky time. The deal they gave me is good too so can't complain. Still want to meet Kevin Bacon though. EE make it happen! Apart from that A+++

Was looking to take a new contract separate from a family members. After explaining this I was given security questions for that family member resulting in me failing the security check. The guy I was served by was awkward and obviously didn't know what he was doing as he kept asking the manager for help. I sat there for ages and left empty handed. I ended up going online and it took 5 minutes.
