The men working here are scammers!

I went in on Saturday because I wanted the screen protector on my phone replaced. He originally charged me £10 for it, but on the process of removing the old screen protector, he cut himself and asked for an extra £5 for this, to which I obliged.

However, when I went home, I found it difficult to use my phone's screen, I had to press down hard on it. Also the screen is cracked, it wasn't before (look at the pictire I attached). Which means the screen protector is counter productive and fails to protect against damage!

I went back to them with my dissatisfaction, only to be told I need to pay more if I want it fixed, even though I paid extra in the first place. He accused me of breaking my phone's screen and I said I would report this to the police and citizen's advice and they said 'go ahead'. I should have read the revieslws before this, I see I'm not the only fool to fall for this.

I contacted 101 and they gave me helpful information. I will update this review if I get any further news..

Products are most likely counterfeit, yet they charge very high prices for it which you could get cheaper elsewhere.

Their services aren't helpful or useful, either the materials they use are not robust enough, or they do not how to fix appliances/apply screen protectors. I'm guessing that both is the case, as they seem to have no clue on how to provide a successful business establishment.

I would recommend no one to use this place. So be aware of this, especially tourists.

I'm shocked As to why this business is allowed to be still running, they overcharge customers, you can buy the same brands for cheaper elsewhere , even in Central London.

The staff members are inadequate and incompetent with technological knowledge, please avoid so they cannot thrive because they are extortionate! Don't fall for this scam I am feel sad because I had cancer and lots of healthy problems and still you haven't got any right to say something 🙁

BIGGEST SCAM IN LONDON!
I bought a power bank from their shop for £20 (much higher than the average price which is around £10) under the reassurance that it is superior to other models. I was told that it charges very quickly, under 2-3 hours. However, turns out that it takes 9-10 hours at least to charge to full and it frequently disconnects. Later, the charging cap even fell off and exposed the wires! I got back trying to get a replacement, and they blamed me for rough handling of the power bank, even though it broke in less than a week's time! They refused to help me fix it, and said I was wasting their time. What an absolute scam. To all those out there - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their products are expensive and they have no concept of responsibility. They just take the cash and shove you out after a successful scam. I REPEAT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

SCAMMER!!
Do not go to this store, he is using fake screens that will break within a week and overcharging people and likely taking advantage of tourists by charging cash with no receipt! Screen got infinitely worse after a week and went somewhere else (in brent cross) that charged £50 for a legitimate screen! Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!

This place is daylight robbery, do not recommend! Charged £100 for iPhone repair and asked for cash only, had me walk to the cashpoint. They used a non Apple screen for this price, no receipt. Soon after repair the screen is glitching, not turning on, and now a few weeks later is completely broken and doesn't work. They tried to say it was because I had dropped the phone since, which I had, but the damage was too slight to completely break the phone in this way, and i KNOW it is the result of their poor fitting/inferior materials being used. No accountability or customer service whatsoever, offered a 'discount' on another screen from them instead of my money back. As if!

on top of this the man was very rude and argumentative, said I was being childish! for simply wanting what I paid for, or else some compensation

they can only treat people like this because of their location, no returning customers. horrible company, complete waste of money

Don’t trust these people with your phone!

Absolutely shocking repair on my Samsung Galaxy. They offered to fix the screen with the original glass, what I got in return was some knock off and the glass shattering with a massive chunk out of it the following morning when it had just been in my bag.

When I returned to the store, they wouldn’t acknowledge it was their bad fitting at all and didn’t offer any compensation. Instead they asked it I would like to have it repaired at a discount? They said they wouldn’t fit it for free as they wouldn’t take blame.

£140 gone down the drain.

Don’t bother looking for a repair or any service here.
