My insurance company connected me to fix2u to repair my iphone. The back was cracked and had to be replaced. Ever since the repair, the back was loose and would make a sound everytime its pressed. Not only that, a green line began appearing afterwards. When contacted, this company simply refused any responsibility and I had to organise an apple authorised repairer. Dont waste your time here and contact an authorised apple repairer

Couldn't be happier, in have iphone 15 max pro, gentleman fixed it within the time assigned, as i had advised i was on a time constraint. although it was a little far (fairfield hieghts) definitly worth the trek.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. People book this company for an obvious reason (their phone is broken) hence why unless they have two phones (which is uncommon) they won't be able to pick up calls or reply text messages. I have been emailing Mae Pasilaban (one of their members) back and forth regarding that and that email is the best form of communication that I have for now. I was told the repair guy will come between 1-5pm but I told her to be more specific and didn't get any answer back until I waited for the whole day and they guy still did not show up. So I went to their website again and ask through live chat (specifically ask for her) and was told that their "repair hero" faced a health issue and needs to see a doctor making it impossible for him to come. The problem with that is if I hadn't ask, I wouldn't have known and she did not inform me through email (again my phone is broken) about this and make me waited whole day whereas I can take it somewhere else faster and get it done by now. HORRIBLE customer service, VERY DELAYED service and not enough compensation to make up for their mistake with customer. EXPENSIVE price for the WORST quality service. Save your money and go somewhere else, it'll be faster, cheaper and more efficient rather than they FIX2U which you might think it will be more convinient but that will NOT be the case.

Regrettably, our dedicated repair hero faced a health situation and had to see a doctor, preventing him from making it that afternoon. We understand the frustration this rare occurrence may have caused.

In an attempt to make amends, we offered a 10% discount or a complimentary screen protector as a goodwill gesture. We acknowledge that you declined our offer, and we respect your decision. We want to assure you that our team prioritizes both our customers' satisfaction and our members' health conditions.

As I have said to one of your staff members (multiple times) that my phone is broken, hence why I book your company but seems like you as the owner also failed to understand the reason we as customer willing to book your service. As I have stated, unless the customer has two phones, they won't be able to pick up calls or reply messages. I have stated this in my email (again multiple times). So that excuse is not applicable in this scenario.

Yes, it was me who had to email back after 5pm and went onto your website again to talk to the same staff on your live chat after waiting for whole day and wasted my time. Which all these I have stated on top. I don't think you quite understand, so please read again my first review and acknowledge it without excuses. You DID NOT contact me right away from that "rare occurence" through email, which was the only communication form I can take at that moment (again read carefully my review/email).

I also acknowledge that you decline the offer that I had given to you based on creating extra problem on my day off and wasted my whole day waiting for a service that I thought would gave me less headache but instead gave me extra.

Thank you for taking your time to explain more to the viewers, I do not look forward for your service in the forseeable future.

*EDITED (previously 2-stars)* Wow, I'm so impressed with the turnaround, Fix2U approved my warranty out of goodwill and repaired my device the following day, and I am so appreciative. Shows how much they care about the work they do - customer service is incredible! Thank you guys, for your help.

The repair was speedy and it is very convenient that they are mobile. I had my iPhone 11 Pro screen repaired - unfortunately, I can’t say the quality of the part is any good. Face ID and touch sensitivity were compromised by getting a repair with non-genuine parts, and I’ve had serious problems with these since the repair. Also, a major problem with slow response-time. I think the repair may have also impacted my battery health, as my battery health reduced from 85% to 75% following the repair. The replacement glass has now cracked (didn’t take much to do so), and sadly that means I can’t make a warranty claim. I wish there was a bit more grace with the warranty claim, but it is also my fault for not reporting the other issues before the screen cracked. Life just gets in the way sometimes.

Quite simply Fix 2U were outstanding. We were a bit dubious about having someone come to your home to replace a mobile battery but the technician was polite, extremely skilled, fast and gave us confidence that any problems would be covered in six month warranty. I recommend them highly and would happily use them again. In fact we are getting a price for another phone to have screen replaced.
