Watch out, Bibek seems nice and knowledgeable at first but is only good at selling screen covers for your phone.

I went to Interactive Mobiles to fix the back cover of my Pixel 7 Pro for less than a couple hundred dollars, and ended up with a phone that no longer supported wireless charging or contactless payments. Bibek admitted he broke the part and didn't replace it initially, but accepted his fault and fixed it a second time at no charge.

When I got my phone back, he mentioned they had broken the screen and had to replace it at their own cost. At that point my phone gps wasn't working properly but I didn't bother taking another risk.

A few months later, the screen started glitching badly. Interactive Mobiles refused to take any responsibility and even had the audacity to try and sell me another phone.
the emails and text have been ignored.

I then consulted a different, (real) professional who replaced the defective screen and informed me that the previous technician did a poor job and didn't glue the screen properly, causing the screen to break. This additional repair cost me more than $660 and caused a lot of trouble.

I should have read the other reviews before walking in. These guys seems to learn to fix phones from Youtube.

I never requested a Screen change, You did after hiding that you broke the wireless charging.
Another professional confirmed me the Screen you put on wasn't done properly.
Terrible quality control and you haven't done anything to make it right - always mentioning to me "that costs you money" " you don't want to touch a Google Pixel phone again"
you don't own your mistake and suck at your main job. Providing phone repair.

pay the extra for Apple to or Samsung to fix. Had my screen fixed four - five months ago was problems from the start paid extra for it to be an Apple screen then my phone kept telling me it was not an Apple screen then the owner cried small business and said Apple was out to get him like an Apple phone was detecting he was a small business and not using an Apple product. Then the screen stopped working all together as it wasn’t in place properly then he started “brother this and brother that” as the weird con artists do. Wouldn’t fix it for me had to go to Apple and they told me what a dodgy job he did and that he in-fact didn’t use the Apple screen I paid extra for. Then he started swearing this guy is as cracked as the phones he “fixes” I would avoid
