No me gustó la atención en ninguno de los Apple Store que visite en Alemania.
No tienen personal que habla español por consiguiente no les interesa atenderte ni hacen el esfuerzo por comunicarse. Increíble esta atención en locales Apple.

Ich war heute im iPhone Studio um die Schutzfolie auf meiner Apple Watch Ultra 2 wechseln zu lassen. Man hatte mir telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass ich die neue Folie mitbringen müsse. Der Service im Shop war schnell und ausgezeichnet. Der Mitarbeiter war super freundlich und kompetent und hatte den Job nach wenigen Minuten zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt.

Eigentlich schreibe ich keine Bewertungen, aber bei diesem saftladen muss es einfach sein, da man andere Leute vor einer ähnlichen Katastrophe bewahren kann. Innerhalb von 6 Monaten musste ich 3 mal mit meinem IPhone 13 zu diesem Laden, weil jedes Mal minderwertige Teile verbaut und/oder nicht fachgerecht repariert wurde.

Ich habe bei diesem Handygeschäft eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich und lügen. Sie haben mich um 100 Euro betrogen. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier etwas zu kaufen oder reparieren zu lassen.
