Helpful and friendly staff on all my visits.Recently bought a JBL speaker which was faulty.Took it back same day and it was swapped for another quickly and easily by Laura and her colleague.
Much easier to sort out a problem with a physical store instead of doing it on line.

What wonderful customer service this Argos gives. All so efficient. And I must mention Lee who went over and above to help us out with delivery of a garden table that wouldn't fit in the back of the car. Thank you Lee, and the nice guy who delivered it for us. Excellent 5 ⭐ service.

Can't recommend this store highly enough! Their customer service, kindness, helpfulness and knowledge are outstanding. This is what I call an amazing shopping experience.

They do put their sister stores to shame, especially my local store which I will no longer step foot in. Argos Llandudno have gained at least 4 new customers and hopefully this review will ensure it will be many more!

Rude, unhelpful manager. Refused return on new tumble dryer as not in original box. When checked on live chat was advised any suitable packaging is acceptable. No help offered to carry large item. Will not use this store again

I was greeted by helpful friendly staff. I had looked for the item I was after at various stores including argos branches to no avail. The two staff at the store found the item and then as I finished at the till the item was there ready. Fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Its all about the people we need to remember that.

VERY RUDE STAFF. Ordered a JBL sound bar speaker for £99 paid online and went to pick it up. I came home and set it up was very impressed with it I only used it once for about 5-10 mins, So I recommended it to a friend, she asked me if I could order one for her. Went online and noticed the price has come down by £20 I only brought mine on 21/10/22 so I phoned the Argos customer service on 3/11/22 and spoke to them and asked them will I get the difference. The person I spoke to said if I got the packaging to put it back in it and take it to the store with the receipt and they’ll refund the amount to my card and purchase it again and they’ll sell me the same one again with the new price. Customer service on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. On 5/11/22 I thought I’ll call Llandudno store and speak to them before I go in store, the female staff that picked up the phone sounded like the store manager, I can’t remember her name but when I explained to her about the price drop and I’ve spoken to the customer service and they told me to bring it back in store and return it and purchase it again. Boy o boy did I say something really bad to her, she replied back to me in a very sarcastic way “ we won’t take it back because you opened it and used it, do you know what I mean” she even had the cheek to turn round and say “ we don’t ask customers to come back and pay extra if the prices go up do you know what I mean” she repeatedly kept saying do you know what I mean. She sounded very rude, if you are the manager as I am guessing you probably are and reading this review, sort your self out and be more polite and more professional when speaking to customers. I could have brought the item back to you and say I’ve changed my mind because the sound quality is very poor I want my money back as I am in my 30 days return policy. I won’t be returning to Llandudno Argos store again!! And the sound bar for my friend we went to Curry’s PC world and got more of a friendly and professional service

The reason I gave 5 stars is because the staff and delivery driver Chris went way beyond being helpful. I'm a 64 year old male recently discharged from hospital after 5 gruelling months of operations I'm disabled housebound and mobility issues, the day I'm discharged my TV decided to blow up with a bank holiday looming. After speaking to 2 ladies over the phone they made no promises it would be set up when delivered but after explaining my predicament boy did they pull out all the stops. It was delivered a day earlier today Sunday 29/04/2023 to my delight and Chris the driver who was very kind and helpful set it up and removed my old TV. So once again a massive thank you 🙏 to all the staff at Argos Llandudno for going above and beyond. I'm now watching the world snooker final on my new TV.
