I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Mobile Guru! I recently bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from them, and I'm blown away by the quality and value for the price. The phone arrived in excellent condition, with no scratches or damage whatsoever. It looks and feels like a brand new device!

Transaction was pretty smooth but they claim my phone was only in fair condition, even though it was always in a case and never mistreated. It had minor ware and tear but was definitely better then fair. (It was in good condition as far as I am concerned ). They should have an option to make a counter offer as I feel I should have been offered a little more than I got. But in the end I just accepted their offer for my phone as I didn't want the hassle of selling it privately. Just make sure your phone has very little to no marks at all if you want the price that's quoted.

Worst experience. I would NOT suggest this business to anyone. They quoted me $20 more on the website than using my network providers partner only for them to downgrade the phone to $70 less than quoted saying the screen was scratched when it definitely wasn't. I was sceptical after reading the real 1☆ reviews and documented this whole process so I could warn others.
After being sent a photo of the supposed damage to the screen I no longer wanted it back and took the $70 less from what was originally offered.
Getting paid was a nightmare and took multiple emails, texts and calls for over a week, getting told I had sent the incorrect bank account details when I hadn't and had sent the same details three times. It wasn't until I threatened to go to fair trading that they stopped playing games.
Either they're have financial issues or are onselling phones back to the network providers and taking a $50 commission each time.
I traded a Samsung Ultra 5g and listed it as mint condition...in without a doubt was when I sent it. The last photo is of the so called damage that they sent me.

In response to your reply, you lost all integrity with me, that phone was 100% mint and as per the photos I attached. Like I said I was sceptical after reading your real reviews and I spoke with Liz on five different occasions to follow up on the missing payment and sent the same bank account details four separate occasions. It wasn't until I mentioned i was going to open a case with fair trading that payment was made within an hour.
I'm more than happy to add screenshots of the sequence of communication in support of what I am saying.
And please, don't ever use the word integrity again.

Went with Mobile Guru as they had great reviews, prices and a straightforward process to get it done. Dropped the phone off at the post office late on Monday and had money in my account by Friday.
No issues with condition of the device being disputed like some other reviews have mentioned (submitted as good condition).

Very happy and will use again for future device recycling.

I recently purchased an iPad from Mobile Guru, attracted by what seemed like a great deal based on the photos on their website. However, when the device arrived, I was shocked to find that not only was the photo of the iPad misleading, but the iPad itself was cracked! This was not at all what I expected, even for a used device. I understand it was second-hand, but the condition was far worse than I anticipated.

I immediately contacted Mobile Guru, thinking we could resolve the matter quickly. I followed their instructions to return the iPad for a refund the very next day. I even provided them with photo and video evidence of me unboxing the package, showing the iPad in its damaged state.

Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, the team at Mobile Guru accused me of returning a different device. They claimed the iPad I sent back wasn’t the same one they shipped to me and that I had cracked the screen myself. On top of that, they alleged that the iPad had a SIM card in it, which is ridiculous since I never even used the device because of its condition.

I have never been so frustrated with a business in my life. Despite all the evidence I provided, they refused to honor the refund. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise future customers to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Hopefully, they improve their service for others, but for me, this has been a terrible and frustrating experience.

I have purchased an ipad from this company . I had to cover the cost for my data to be transferred and then found out it wont charge properly . I bought another charger then the one provided by the mobile guru but the ipad wont charge. I have now tried to send several emails snd called several times without being able to reach a resolution. I feel the customer service and quality of products is slack and there is a certain risk in buying those products and ending up not being able to use them at all.
